616係一間專食牛肉原味嘅餐廳,唔識食邊樣,或者冇心水,冇意見,可以大膽問d員工,佢地唔係個個百分百了解,但係大致上都可以解答到,果晚食客唔多,所以基本上係1人顧1枱,由始至終都係同一個姐姐為我地服務,我地2人揀左幾款之後,佢根據我地所揀嘅提供意見,有耐性又細心,我地揀左牛骨湯,因為間餐廳聲稱係鮮牛,唔係急凍牛,清湯先可以享受食物原味我地差唔多試曬,但係唔每一樣點評,因為有d味道口感好似,只介紹幾款有印象嘅,但係要講左先嘅係,佢款款牛肉味都好足好濃郁封門柳,咁多個之中自己覺得最重肉味,而且唔韌,encore 3碟滑蛋牛,應該係最淡味果款,因為有蛋漿,但係非常美味,味道好夾,食果下成樣野好日式feel,encore 2碟安格斯橫隔肌,應該最唔中意係佢,較韌,可能係自己煮得唔岩,因為幾多人encore,但係我地只叫左1碟蝦滑,墨魚滑,非常多蝦肉魚肉,粒丸好有口感洛神花茶好飲過酸梅湯,2樣都酸咪咪,但係酸梅湯飲飲下有咸味,有d奇怪 continue reading

天氣突然轉涼,又想打邊爐。睇返啲相突然好掛住呢間616。算係近年我覺得質素非常好嘅火鍋店!尤其是鍾意食牛,佢真係有好多特別部位俾你揀,不過我係幾個月之前食(因為之前冇晚市,成日都要係屋企打),好多款牛都好好味,但係唔係太記得邊樣打邊樣。不過我好記得個「青花椒湯底」🍲,食咗兩次都係食佢,因為真係比較特別,同出邊麻辣唔同,好香但又帶辣味,又唔會遮蓋左牛肉嘅鮮味🤤牛肉方面滑尾龍好特別,佢會有一隻生雞蛋喺上邊,撈埋牛肉再淥黎食,超級滑,咁當然因為加咗蛋,質感10分,但牛肉味就冇其他咁濃。另外牛朴肉同牛駝峰係必食!試咗好多款,水準都好平均好好,同埋每樣都係幾十蚊,可以試好多款!佢哋嘅服務都好好,員工好有禮貌👍🏻 continue reading
