藍天白雲嘅日子最好就係外出走走~上星期嘅閒日一收工就上左山頂呼吸新鮮空氣🌬就順便去試呢間日本過江龍扒房🇯🇵前菜的麵包拼盤好吃耶!特別是牛角包 很香很鬆軟!日本帶子伴牛油果茸•魚子醬海膽•柚子果凍 帶子很肥美!入口也很鮮甜~配上柚子豉油✨好吃!焗黑松露大啡菇•和牛•溫泉蛋很多人也推薦大啡菇~賣相很讚喔 是鳥籠設計☺️☺️啡菇裏面除左蛋漿仲有和牛碎入口芝士味濃郁 而且很𝚓𝚞𝚒𝚌𝚢!!法式雞清湯鵪鶉蛋同魚子會先行下碗 湯會由侍應再倒下去~這個湯有點像特濃雞精的感覺 湯身很滑很清澈 但味道略為偏咸🙈下次會想試一下龍蝦湯呢~日山𝙰𝟻和牛西冷 (套餐+$𝟷𝟻𝟾)和牛西冷入口牛香和油香十足!脂肪分佈很讚 肉質也好鮮嫩喔~不過醃得稍為重味了一點 其實調味輕一點會足夠突出牛味和質素了✨慢煮美國頂級牛小排(套餐+$𝟼𝟾)樣子很像叉燒的牛小排🤣對比起和牛西冷 這個調味更輕手一點!吃下去牛肉也很鮮嫩 醬香也調得剛好!主菜來說 個人更喜歡這個~棉花糖芋頭雪糕賣相很𝚒𝚐𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎📸一個大大的棉花糖罩著裏面的雪糕和雜莓伴碟~建議盡快食用喔☺️不然棉花糖會很快會變硬🤭環境比較classy 也蠻有氣氛的! continue reading

There are several meal set to choose and you can get a daily soup. The environment is quite good here and it'd be better if you can get a window seat, neat and nice music yayaWe have corn soup today and the soup is rich with strong corn flavor, puting lots of seasonings Italian Parma Ham Pizza with Rocket is just ok, thin pizza layer and the rocket veg is bitterPappardelle with onssen egg and black truffle sauce, i quite like the onsen egg which melting out, the sauce is nice, and the texture of pappardelle is good too, the softness is just right Milk tea seem below the standard in other local cha chaan teng lolll, is it real milk tea lol or just mixing tea and milk together only insides:The environment is quite ok here, matching the restaurant standard in the peak, though i think the food is just ok here, not outstanding, the price almost goes to the environment lolll, besides it, seem nothing special here lol continue reading

之前去山頂一路都想食呢間餐廳,但去咗兩次都仲未開🤣 今個月開咗終於可以去試ᕙ(`▿´)ᕗ 4-course tasting menu ($680/pp)首先每人揀一款頭盤,我地試哂2款~✨日本帶子伴牛油果蓉,魚子醬海膽,柚子果凍✨焗黑松露大啡菇,和牛,溫泉蛋日本帶子超鮮甜而且好大粒,加上上面有少少魚子醬,令到味道更加多層次,連埋少少果凍一齊食,微微嘅酸味更加可以帶出鮮甜。黑松露大啡菇裏面有和牛漢堡,加上上面有溫泉蛋,一切開就有流心效果😍 大啡菇加埋和牛口感好正!然後第二道菜就係湯~✨法式清雞湯,碟上面會有一粒鵪鶉蛋同埋好多嘅黑魚子,加上少少昆布,店員幫我哋倒啲湯入去個碗度,聞到濃濃嘅雞湯味~我哋揀咗唔同款嘅主菜,兩款賣相都唔錯🥰✨焗法國春雞✨日山A5和牛西冷 (+$158)焗法國春雞都整得好嫩滑好香,另外呢個A5和牛西冷係入口即溶,油脂比例非常高!成個口都圍繞着好香嘅牛油味☺️是日甜品係雪糕上面蓋上一層棉花糖💭 賣相好特別!個個見到棉花糖都好興奮😆 然後下邊嘅雪糕係莓味,可以解解膩感☺️ 另外呢度嘅員工都好友善,環境都可以望到維港,絕對係慶祝聚餐之選✨ continue reading

This 4-course dinner menu at $680 features a appetizer, soup, main and dessert. Two of us sampled both appetizers including a nice raw scallop, uni and caviar dish and a juicy baked portobello mushroom with an oozy egg yolk.The chicken consommé with quail egg was not quite the crystal clear chicken soup I expected, it was very dark and heavy with an earthy aged mushroom kinda taste that wasn’t very appealing to me.The main event is a medium rare Hiyama A5 wagyu striploin which was quite soft with rich fat content, better enjoyed with black pepper sauce on the side. Another main dish is a roasted spring chicken, wasn’t dry but could definitely use some more seasoning and more charred roasty flavor. And finally the dessert is a ice cream with mixed berries hidden underneath a cotton candy cloud. Overall the portion is rather small, big eaters might need to order some extra dishes. continue reading
