作為中環打工仔,日日搵平靚正嘅lunch,間中都會食吓好嘢今次就試咗個高質日式燒肉Set lunch都好多選擇,有BBQ、定食同Sukiyaki今次我哋三個人,就叫咗兩份BBQ同埋一個石鍋飯定食298 BBQ set $320Set 入邊嘅每一款牛都好好味,肉質超好,又有牛味,好高質,真係有喺日本食嘅感覺㗎石頭鍋飯套餐 $160份量都多,而且啲飯焦超好食,我哋三個食晒刮晒個底黎食呢間餐廳🍴既lunch set 以質素嚟講唔貴呀,值得再encore

📍298 Nikuya RoomThis is my go to spot in Central for yakiniku lunch. We always order their lunch set A 298 set so that we have a variety of meat. We also like to add a portion of their 崩沙腩 which is super soft and yummy. We finally gave their uni and wagyu bowl set a try. Hmmmm…the wagyu was too raw for our liking. With the egg yolk, everything was too rich together. Prefer the yakiniku over this. Their pancake was bomb and tried their French toast! OMG! So crunchy and sweet! A must order from now on! 餐廳主打和牛燒肉,選肉對得上其定價,但呢個索價會比較希望職員會幫我地燒肉,或者俾啲建議我地燒各款肉要留意既事項,再位於中環擺花船附近,地理位置唔算太方便,扣左少少分~🥢蘿蔔泡菜🍣海膽西冷牛肉卷滿足感爆曬棚🥰嫩紅既和牛刺身,軟綿綿無筋,配上新鮮既海膽,味道方面配搭得天衣無縫。濃郁既油脂同順滑既海膽完完全全無違和感!如果唔係顧及到荷包,真係想encore多幾件!🥢鹽醬厚切牛舌一碟三大件厚切牛舌👅嫩粉紅既肉肉砌成心狀,上面撒滿大量黑胡椒。燒既時候上下燒至微微焦香,再燒一燒內層至變色,入口外脆內軟,有咬口得黎又唔會過韌,筆墨形容唔到有幾幸福,第二啖就會感覺到肉汁爆發,再點小小檸檬汁,解膩又開胃🫶🏻🥢A5和牛稀少部分盛合350g員工係上菜前會逐一介紹每款適合配搭既醬汁,並且會俾一張部位圖記錄低我地會食到既部位,亦會清晰標示肉屬於赤身抑或霜降。和牛由上而下左而右分別係牛前胸肉同牛三角,牛肩胛,西冷,牛柳,臀肉同後腿肉。每款肉都好高質,個人比較偏好肉感紮實啲既部位,其中既臀腿肉味係口腔大爆發,雖然以薄切呈現,但肉汁一啲都唔輸蝕,入口結實無筋。牛柳都表現得毫不遜色,切得好厚身,入口出奇地嫩滑,雪花分布平衡,唔會過於膩口。不得不提既係牛三角,每隻牛牛都只有兩塊,非常之珍貴,食落滿口充斥油脂味,食第一啖既時間好驚艷,之後就有小小飽足感🙈🥢特選和牛赤身肉赤身肉先用醬汁醃製過,再用火燒爆香,油香逼人,燒至五成熟入口即溶,唔需要過多咀嚼,口感一流!🥢和牛崩沙腩崩沙腩屬於比較稀少部位,即係我地通常稱呼既橫隔膜!肉色偏深紅既肉肉,牛脂份佈均勻,廚師先行用醬汁醃製過,燒完入口軟腍,而且肉味非常突出濃郁,質感又比其他部位來得細膩。🥢柚子胡椒日本產雞腿嫩滑既雞腿肉撒滿柚子同胡椒,味道帶微微辣口同清爽,雞腿🍗燒到皮脆肉嫩,口感好開胃。食左好多重味重油脂既和牛,中間黎一個清新既雞肉作為休場,消下滯。🥢298冷麵正正常常發揮既水冷麵,上面放左兩塊烚牛脷,韓式泡菜,一粒水煮蛋同紫菜作為配料,冷麵汁味道帶些微酸,食落都幾清新,冷麵份量大份啲會更好!🥢粟米芝士煎餅📍298 Nikuya Room 中環士丹利街60號明珠行2樓

今次食飯唔係叫咗好多,兩個人份量都好夠飽。嗌咗A5和牛250 g拼盤,有八個唔同嘅部位,會配埋鹽、BBQ汁、烤肉汁,按唔同嘅部份食八個部位。另外牛舌都係厚切,一份有三件,價錢都OK, 拼盤會貴少少入面環境好乾淨舒服,座位同座位之間都好寬敞,會好迫。分咗吧枱同普通卡座,我哋早入舖頭,都可以坐到挨近窗邊幾靚位。個雪糕係人手做,推薦芝麻味,味道好濃郁。貪新鮮試埋平時出邊街買唔到嘅味道,但日本蘋果就好一般,食得出係新鮮生果製造,有少少酸、蘋果香氣都幾濃郁。
