呢度嘅午市套餐相當抵食,百零蚊起跳,可燒可唔燒,任你選擇!  不過見住個火爐响你面前,又點忍得住唔燒?!燒肉套餐有牛/豬/鷄選擇,個人最歡喜燒牛肉,每人各點一個肉,而我就點左呢客崩沙腩肉色好靚仔,一客都有成6塊,燒起黎相當香,食落口感腍滑多汁,真係超好味喎!套餐仲有湯,飯,沙律,3款前菜,仲有飲品,相當豐富!  白飯似日本米,帶點煙韌口感又大碗,用黎送肉好好呀!侍應招呼周到,主動快速收碟以免阻住枱面,抽風系統做得唔錯,食完都無一身肉味!午餐有咁嘅陣容,返工做野都醒神D! continue reading

香港有好幾間yakiniku都好高質,但價錢一般都要過千蚊一個人。上網見到尖沙咀298 nikuya有$680 set一個人,於是同男友去試下。餐廳既兩人位設計幾好,可以自成一角。叫左$680/位,有前菜、燒肉、煎餅同麵,好豐富前菜有涼拌芽菜、菠菜,泡菜。全部都醃得均勻夠味,其中最鐘意泡菜,酸辣適中,好開胃前菜仲有生牛肉他他,拌左生蛋黃既牛肉滑嫩唔韌,食落無咩筋,加埋白蘿蔔食更爽口。另外散叫左海膽卷$60,用生牛肉包住馬糞海膽,牛肉軟嫩,海膽既甘潤又creamy,兩者夾埋簡直入口即溶燒肉用上A5和牛,油脂分佈平均,肉色靚呈粉紅色。其中最回味係和牛崩沙腩,燒至5成熟,肉質軟腍,多肉汁,牛味香濃。另外推介係厚切牛舌,要燒至全熟,牛舌唔韌反而好香軟。而A5和牛腿肉排,肉質較實,比較有咬口。全晚重點A5和牛西冷燒shabu,薄切似張紙(店員會幫忙燒呢塊),輕燒幾秒就搞掂,再沾上蛋黃汁,令牛肉更滑身,肉腍香軟,油脂滿佈口腔久久不散,回味無窮煎餅香脆內裏煙韌,有點似年糕,沾埋旁邊帶辛香既醬油(靈魂所在),令本身冇咩味道嘅煎餅更惹味最後揀左牛尾濃湯,湯底淡而無味,有點懷疑店員係咪俾錯,但他們說呢個係牛尾湯略嫌麵有點硬,似食緊白烚麵。整體來說以這個價錢,分量十足!而且燒肉更用上A5和牛,性價比高。食到我同男友滿載而歸美中不足係店員上菜嘅時候無講解返每份肉應該點燒、同燒幾耐(其中香蒜牛舌,因為店員冇講解點燒,蒜全部黏哂係燒網上) continue reading

每每想到要吃超值的日式燒肉作午餐,我總會想起這店。午餐餐牌上有着各式各樣的選擇,由燒肉到漢堡排、再到石鍋飯,任君挑選。我慣常會點廚司選肉的一款午餐,這套餐有着三種不同脂肪含量(高、中、低)的牛肉,我敢說高脂肪含量的牛肉應有A4/A5和牛級數;儘管高、中、低脂肪含量有着不同的嚼勁,但它們全是品質上乘的牛肉,全都肉味十足;把燒熟後的牛肉放到白飯上,讓香味四溢的牛油慢慢流到白飯中,吃時加上少許海鹽提味便可,非常滿足。每份燒肉套餐均有田園沙拉、餐前小吃、伴菜、清湯、(日本米)白飯和飲料,非常豐富。倘若你仍意猶未盡,你可以追加不同部位的牛肉再繼續燒;我這回追加了牛舌;牛舌是薄切,醃料只有少許麻油、鹽和黑椒粉,燒熟後的牛舌十分爽脆,味道不俗!總括來說,這店的午餐選擇多、性價比高,值得一讚! continue reading

We ordered different type of beef. Thick and thin cuts. I think the thin cuts taste much better hence will only recommend to order the thin slices. Chicken was surprisingly really good. Service is quite bad as the waitress black faced us and argued that we ordered pancakes although we didnt. continue reading
