10.1是國際咖啡日,我去了最喜愛的咖啡店 —13 Peel by Inferno Dynamics (第一店在九龍區,因地利就近是我的經常泡點)嬉戲。13 Peel 由soft opening(9/9)至今開了只有約3星期,但就一直微調進步提升質素。是日espresso base咖啡有買一送一優惠,上星期六(9/23)Grand Opening試了日曬GUJI,今日要水洗 GUJI的Single Origin Espresso及奶啡。Espresso溫度影響味道變化大,第一次(9/16)嚟速飲Kenya SOE响花園嘅木柱子打卡速影都覺得對唔住杯啡,今日第一杯SOE一出我就飲晒到尾冇影了。雖然炒起幾日有點新鮮的味道,但整體味道層次很好:jasmine、bergamont而且body較厚。第二杯要了同樣豆子的奶啡(應該是piccolo, cortado兩者間,沒有深究啡奶比例)。用Modbar出嘅奶泡比較平均又豐盈,配合espresso做奶啡很好,最神奇的是jasmine味道比SOE時放大好幾倍,帶點淡淡的bergamont,感覺較似飲水仙茶但滿口是奶泡的厚厚質感。不過豆豆還可以再養多幾日,味道應該會再深刻點。 新鮮炒的豆豆還有我最鍾意嘅geisha品種,今次係來自產區Panama的Santa Cruiz Berlina Estate,更加是我最喜愛的水洗處理。先買一包,返去養多幾日先沖嚟飲。 continue reading
