今日唔知食乜好,碌碌下OpenRice 見到合和中心有間叫12noon既鋪名,好似主要賣三文治同埋沙律個類健康食物,我見到有個照燒煙三文魚柯素米,好似幾得意咁,之前又未食過咁既野就決定買呢個。去到間舖頭見到原來佢都有位比客人堂食。由於我提早訂左,所以去到就有得拎。拎到返黎,打開個盒見到入邊嘅嘢食睇落都好似唔係好吸引,入面有小玉米、毛豆、柯素米、藜麥、三文魚。呢啲食物放入口,個口感層次係幾豐富,分量都唔少,但唔係我鍾意既味道。 continue reading

經常幫襯,50蚊左右一個健康飽肚lunch總勝於茶餐廳多油多鹽午飯~ 熱食既有食過糙米飯及三文魚柯素米,份量大大碗夠飽肚;亦試過菠菜西蘭花湯,但較杰身;亦有試紅蘿蔔薑湯,有薑味但唔會太辣;各樣飽佢都可以幫你翻叮,個酵母飽很大份,很足料,有煙三文魚,夾埋蛋,生菜,蕃茄,青瓜仲有個薄荷乳酪醬,很開胃野味♡仲有試過磨菇蛋鬆餅,不過有d實咗d;而每次必定點紅椰菜絲只撈橄欖油,蘋果醋少少pepper.. 很清新又帶點微酸,很開胃。 continue reading

在辦公室附近的餐廳,主打有營健康餐。店舖的坐位不多,顧客以附近的白領外賣為主。套餐有兩款,$65三文治配冷壓果汁和$75主食+甜品+冷壓果汁。主食有冷麵、烏冬和沙律等選擇。雞胸肉沙律配日式照燒汁,雞胸肉的份量不少,沙律有薯角、小蕃茄和三四款蔬菜;照燒汁是分開放的,可按個人喜好決定下多少;一份吃下來足夠飽肚的。 豆腐士多啤梨乳酩,質感比外面的乳酩稀身,有淡淡的士多啤梨香味。冷壓果汁方面選了紅荒之力,紅菜頭、紅蘿蔔、青蘋果和薑,味道清新,還有薑味提神。 continue reading

邊個話Quick lunch就要食得頹,就要捱M記?依間本地小店就滿足到繁忙嘅都市人食得又要健康又要快嘅要求嘞🤩 食物嘅選擇好多,由三文治,沙律,去到熱食,甜品,冷壓果汁都有😋堂食嘅位置唔多,主要比人攞上office食~-Daily Special Combo ($75) 有齊主菜,甜品同冷壓果汁,一定食得飽🤪 主菜揀左chicken teriyaki ($50) 個沙律一啲都唔dry,有薯仔,蘿蔔絲,烚蛋,沙律菜同燒汁雞肉😍 材料非常新鮮! 意式蘑菇青醬麵($50) 佢係凍食,紅薯粉條口感爽口,而且卡路里比一般麵條低😚 加埋青醬,成個配搭輕盈清新!單單係湯都有至少三款選擇,今次就揀左菠菜西蘭花湯🥦,纖維夠哂多,而且落嘅鹽唔多,蔬菜嘅味道就更加出眾。甜品方面叫左香蕉芒果豆腐酪($18),用左豆腐去代替乳酪,食素人士食都冇問題😍 可惜芒果味唔太自然,扣左少少分~藍莓乳酪金寶杯($34) 唔同市面上嘅乳酪,佢用上希臘乳酪,唔甜之餘仲夠哂酸🥰 下層仲有燕麥片,亞麻籽,朱古力片同蜜糖,味道夠哂豐富,做早餐一流👍🏻-所有嘢食都標哂卡路里,食左幾多都一清二楚,簡直係瘦身人士福利❤️ continue reading
