串燒盤上面睇短短半個鐘已經有兩隻小螞蟻爬過。然後嘢食連普通都稱不上,牛舌很乾,錫紙娃娃菜冇乜味。最精竟係蒜蓉帶子同埋蒜蓉生蠔,嗰調味超級甜,好似落蜜糖一樣,問返師傅,佢話因為落咗味醂,所以係咁甜。落味醂係明白嘅,但係一定唔係甜到咁囉,我仲以為自己叫咗蜜糖味添。話係日式嘅烹調方法,問我去開邊啲日式料理店,我咁大個人去咁多間日本餐廳,每一間會燒到咁,佢死都要執返紮沙,是但啦。佢話再燒過俾我,點知等咗半個鐘先至有,然後啲好都係生嘅,最後我梗係冇食啦,即刻買單走。呢間嘢請我都唔會去。 continue reading
