To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去牛角食燒肉午市套餐,點了$98三品燒肉定食及$118 七選三品燒肉定食,三品是包括牛舌的,家人不吃牛舌所以揀七選三品,套餐包了牛角飯/珍珠米飯,湯,前菜及飲品,我們都選了牛角飯,要了多紫菜及醬汁,而且還可以無限添加飯😆,肉質鮮嫩,份量也ok, 欣賞塩味醬汁及燒肉醬汁,燒肉配上醬汁味道很好,薄牛舌味道也不錯,軟硬適中,餐飲選了蜜桃茉莉冰綠茶,味道不太甜,整體食物質素不錯,可以再試,服務也好,推介!

今次融入咗我對呢家店牛角嘅燒肉體驗,真係香味撲鼻、味道正!👍😋🥩 首先,啲生肉賣相吸引,薄切牛肉嘅顏色新鮮潤澤,一放落燒烤架上,即刻聽到啱啱好嘅嘶嘶聲,香氣四溢,真係勁正!尤其係佢哋家嘅特選牛肉,啖啖肉都嫩滑得嚟,又唔會太肥膩,嗜肉如命嘅我完全抵擋唔住。燒肉過程嘅互動同樂趣都加分唔少,可以一路燒一路嘆,正到不得了!而且,加埋自己可以控制火候,每一啖我都覺得痛快淋漓。唔可以唔講,佳餚當中添飯係必須嘅,叉燒味飯簡直係絕配,每一嚿飯粒都吸曬啲汁水,啖啖都食得出心機。最後,呢家店嘅服務又好,係忙碌之中都不忘關心客人需唔需要幫手。當職員見我哋有啲手忙腳亂嗰陣,即刻過嚟幫著整理,真係超貼心!呢啲小細節,令哂今次飯局滿分,我下次仲會再嚟,又或者試吓佢哋嘅新推介。總結,牛角呢個地方值得一試,唔單止飽肚,心情都好晒!

牛角嘅質素喺香港黎講真係數一數二,所以間唔中都會黎食dinner!不過見佢地最近出左全新嘅set lunch,最平都係$68起,所以忍唔住晏晝黎試試!「燒肉定食」有4款,我今次揀左set C,有牛肋肉、熊本豚梅肉、雞翼、蒜油蝦、牛油帶子,套餐已包括昆布湯+飯,不過我食日燒比較貪心想試多d款式,另外再追加左牛頸脊同牛舌,因為我地兩個人share,所以再叫多個雞絲柚子沾冷麵,真係勁飽勁滿足,完全明白人地所講嘅「扶牆而出」🤭
