去到元朗又新街食嘢, 呢條街好多嘢食,,,喺街度賣菜轉入去街道內,無意中見到呢間腸粉店,,, 小妹我即刻眼睛發光,,,因 本人太喜歡食櫃桶腸粉了,,, 但實在太飽啦,,, 但係我都忍唔住買咗呢一盒瘦肉雞蛋腸粉$22紋返屋企夜晚食,,, 懷住期待既心情食,,,點之 一打開個盒呢都有少少異味道, 但本小妹實在太期待食啦(同唔想浪費), 忍唔住就試咗食, 係啲瘦肉有少少縮味,, 諗住挑開啲肉啦就可以食, 淨食雞蛋腸粉都可以食落口,, 但點知食到三分一左右,,, 竟然見到啲腸粉一點點黑色 希望本小妹唔會肚仔痛啦

本身自己對腸粉嘅印象都好一般,亦都唔係好有興趣。但經過門口見到呢間放左部石磨腸粉機就有啲興趣。香茜牛肉腸粉 $18首先一見到佢呢個唔係包腸,係手推已經眼前一亮。一入口,非常非常幼滑,個皮亦都好薄,唔洗𡁻已經溶開,亦都唔會好似酒樓個啲好重油膩感。而腸入面嘅香茜係完整有幾棵,牛肉亦都有好多粒粒,2樣啖啖都會有。咬落成個口腔都會有滿滿嘅莞茜香味,牛肉又好嫩滑。食完呢個腸粉,真係一試難忘,絕對值得一試架。

講到腸粉一定要講依間龍津第一腸!我次次入元朗都一定會食佢!雖然每次都好多人排隊但係我都一定會排會買!因為真係值得架!磨機都放到,證明腸粉皮都係即磨!所以咁滑都係有原因。咁我今次就叫左叉燒腸,滑就唔洗講,直頭想滑入喉嚨咁。重要腸粉皮好薄,所以真係好好食。入面既料又好多!叉燒,蔥,多到好似唔洗錢咁!重要叉燒好厚,又半肥瘦,成個腸粉都好夾好好食!其實佢份量都多,唔係飽既話我會想食多份!其實佢啲腸粉唔貴,所以性價比真心高!

平時唔會幫襯龍津買小食的,但見到有石磨腸粉,即刻好有興趣。試過好多間人氣腸粉店,感覺都麻麻,今日就買一盒試下啦!雞蛋肉碎腸$15應該係全港最便,真係好抵吃。腸粉打包返到屋企都唔會變硬,夠滑,肉碎比例都OK,但醬油我就覺得偏甜,如果加返少少鹹味,或者用爆香嘅蔥油醬油就更加正啦!門口都見到好多街坊排隊買,希望可以keep住水準,越做越好啦!
