唔太好食嘅中菜

路過試下呢間餐廳。味道：一般，淨係食到鹽嘅調味，味道較單調，但食得出所有送菜同中湯都冇落味精調味，算係優點。勝瓜炒鮮魷一般都係比較乾身嘅小炒，唔知點解佢係濕炒，加上只係食到鹽嘅調味，冇落醬料一齊乾炒，所以冇咗爆炒嘅香氣，唔香亦唔好食。燒味飯味道不過不失，但係雞件太生了，起頭以為淨係雞骨入邊少少紅，點知有部分雞肉仲係好淋嘅粉紅色，店主留意下。碟頭：好大份，地盤佬級數嘅份量，如果食味提升下就會好抵食。 continue reading
