The best sacima in Hong Kong!!!The shop finally just focuses on selling traditional food.Although my colleagues do not think the CP value is high enough, this sacima is good in egg flavour and crunchy!!! The best point is the maltose!!! Strong maltose taste!!!Nevertheless, I do think it may not be as good as before!!!

The shop finally just focuses on selling traditional food.
Although my colleagues do not think the CP value is high enough, this sacima is good in egg flavour and crunchy!!! The best point is the maltose!!! Strong maltose taste!!!

觀塘瑞和街街巿真係好多人好熱鬧又有好多檔賣東西真係較其他區平行到接近街尾有間洗衣店門口放咗好多懷舊甜餅吟我好奇去睇吓 忍唔住又買堆番屋企食吓 ... 這2款不錯但不會讓我超難忘呢款港式馬仔就超好食 可能食得台式馬仔多佢地偏大粒其實港式或許用上麥芽糖又細細粒相對較香脆甜味又較吸引係food fair 買咗奇華馬仔縱然口味眾多包裝精美但都沒有這個鬆化香甜就是喜歡這種懷舊風味

佢地偏大粒
其實港式或許用上麥芽糖
又細細粒
相對較香脆
甜味又較吸引

係food fair 買咗奇華馬仔
縱然口味眾多
包裝精美
但都沒有這個鬆化香甜

就是喜歡這種懷舊風味

標題已足夠。食馬仔,要求不多,沒有擺得耐的防腐劑及油「益」味,已經算數。低要求成咁,都無法子找得到一間合心意。但某日落大雨行過瑞和街,聞到鮮焗的蛋香,麥芽的甜及黏…久違了的有心之作品--馬仔。不是最特別,只是新鮮及用料的誠意,便足夠讓人掏錢包買來嘗一嘗。不好的是,多放兩日都會出油「益」味,但店東要求最少要買4舊(16蚊)惟有--貫徹始終的中國人習慣--買得好野,要分享才好味。

其實我也有不太吃的東西的, 就是零食。可是, 小時候(以我作標準, 即十多廿年前)常吃的老式零食, 如馬仔, 光酥餅, 肚臍餅等, 我就喜歡得不得了。可惜而家的馬仔, 多是supermarket 一舊舊包好, 不但唔夠糖漿, 而且一陣油益味, 你食埋我果份啦。每見到一底底做起的馬仔, 以及用刀即時切俾你的感覺, 就好想買曬返屋企食。這裡是一個小攤, 瑟縮在找換店的一角, 根本不像一間店。可是在馬仔旁放著"今日睇真d"寶佩如訪問老細的照片(可列入集體回憶啦), 仲寫明馬仔是"非吃不可"! 十元四大舊, 點都買十蚊慢慢搣!落刀時chalk chalk脆的聲音, 果然是包裝貨不能比擬的。拿起咬一口, 唔, 是從前的味道。很香, 沒有油益味, 甜度也剛好, 淡淡芝麻香得來又不致喧賓奪主。比著十年前可能是很普通的味道, 但在奇貨可居的今天, 可是難能可貴。這些老牌零食, 完全不受通漲影響, 十蚊四件, 心機錢來架。
