自從喺粉嶺食過一次,覺得好好食之後,因為太唔就腳而冇機會再食。今日喺荃灣搵嘢食時,見到個同名嘅,所以抱住興奮嘅心情過去。為左飽肚啲,我地嗌左個酸辣粉食,揀左bb辣,嚟到唔太辣但好夠酸,味道唔錯好醒胃。佢個豬紅浸住啲酸辣湯,好入味,而且夠實,唔會挾就散。而呢間個韮菜餃就冇粉嶺果間咁香,個餃皮分離左,但味道依舊好食嘅,可能係粉嶺做得太出色姐。打響頭炮嘅串燒係娃娃菜,佢唔飲其他地方咁一葉一葉燒,而係一kai一kai燒,咁樣冇咁易燶晒,又夠水份。而佢個安格斯牛都好好食,好腍又夠牛味,只係價錢貴左小小。而佢個多春魚就做得唔錯,夠乾身,調味夠,完全唔腥。再嚟嘅係燒茄子,佢個茄子燒到超級無敵淋,所以入晒味,好食。而佢個餃子雞翼我覺得都好好食,因為佢釀得好夠料,雞肉又保持嫩滑,味道又岩岩好。佢呢個燒香鱔片都好好食,魚皮位置燒到脆卜卜,但魚肉又唔會乾,好鮮甜。但係一串咁少真係好貴。而我最愛嘅燒菠蘿都好抵食,算大份,佢冇落糖,直接燒,面頭睇落好乾,但係咬開都好多汁。嗌左個蒜茸金菇,都好好食,好夠味。不過個蜆就咸左啲,想食埋啲粉都有啲對唔住個腎。但佢啲蜆都夠大同埋冇沙。佢呢個芝士雞肉串都好食,佢個雞肉表面好乾身,但係食落都唔會太乾,好香雞肉味,加埋啲芝士又幾夾。最仲後就係今晚嘅重點,蟶子皇,夠晒大隻,洗得好乾淨,白雪雪又冇沙,好鮮甜。 continue reading

有麻辣燙酸辣粉仲有串燒食❗️價錢中等麵類幾抵食 串燒款式唔算好多但應有則有😉-麻辣燙配薯粉就必定啦但俾我發現佢有魚麵揀不過就要額外加錢咁第一次食就試下啦!魚麵就唔係話真係好有魚味但個質地幾特別好彈口😂配料就正常丸類水魷牛餐肉響玲等等👍-串燒推介雞皮燒到好脆!好特別但$20得2塊仔就有D貴🤨蒜蓉金菇呢D必食既好入味👍另外仲有第一次見既豚肉年糕卷年糕卜卜脆一D都唔硬😋其他串燒都係正常冇乜特別🤣 continue reading

最近來開麻辣串串香食串燒,都多左來,數數手指都已經係第三次來食,正所謂食過翻尋味的。今次照舊一碗麻辣燙,小辣,薯粉。原來發現好多人都會點麻辣燙,$42大大碗,有好多料,湯底又正,真係好抵食。今次試新野,就係涼拌豬耳,我想講食過咁多家有豬耳的餐廳,這個麻辣涼拌豬耳真係無得頂,面頭有點麻辣肉碎,涼拌著真的好正,而且辣得好過癮,食完一條雖然好辣,但忍唔住係咁食。其他的串燒照舊order肥牛金針菇,羊架,魷魚蘇,雞軟骨,脆肉瓜之類,今次我們有點聖子,好新鮮好好味的。我們堂食都見到好多街坊來外賣,可見麻辣串串香係受歡迎的,大家要來試下。 continue reading
