又來到這裡, 有坐位向店內食; 或外賣。老闆每次都有推介, 態度親切。基本上大部分的冷餸也試過了, 有次叫了瀨尿蝦十分回味, 體積十足的肉蝦及蝦肉內裡有膏的, 好鮮甜。。 但是季節限定的。那今次外賣的叫來了它們;凍蟹, 肉蟹的肉多多的; 已開件很易食, 蟹蓋帶膏, 還附上調味白醋, 点吓另提出鮮味。燒肉紅腸滷鵝咸雞拼, 曾經試過焼肉新鮮造起的時候皮面是脆脆的, 而過後軟了還有焼香的味道, 肥瘦肉均衡, 紅腸們薄切帶著陣陣香味, 滷鵝片們入味鲜香, 咸雞們肉哋鬆軟, 附帶鹵水汁; 加上了十分豐富。芽菜菜心, 清清的, 它們質感爽脆。潮湯例牌, 濃厚香辣。所有材料很新鮮的… 正。 continue reading

之前食過一次, 還可以, 佢例湯是胡淑煲豬骨湯是ok的.今次叫左豬心鵝腸雙拼飯加例湯, $60蚊,感覺與普通滷水食物差不別不大, 但是碗湯我喝得很舒服.問題來了,老細個仔真是好有問題, 碟飯來的時候, 想收$70, 我果時果左, 好在老闆提醒他雙拼飯$60而已, $70那個是鵝片餐, 好在老細主持公道先冇事, 但事情只是開始. 之後吃完雙拼飯後, 碗湯真的好好喝, 我問該少爺是否$20一碗, 他説是. 我即時給$20著他多拿一碗. 誰知我走後他堅持我沒有付$20, 我檢查銀包檢查清楚沒有$20蚊紙, 我非常肯定自己有付錢, 但此時老闆不在, 我趕住走唯有再付$20.野食方面其實普通打冷都食到, 如果食客見到該少爺處理金錢必須格外小心. 第一, 明明碗飯是豬心鵝腸, 點解你可以聽到/睇到是鵝片鵝腸, 一係你聽力有問題, 一係你失禮你老豆, 連鵝片豬心都分唔到. 另外, 你收多左錢講到好肯定, 我真是無話可說. continue reading

這是惡人推介的其中一間食店,主打滷水快餐 鵝肝、鵝紅、鵝掌、豬脷、豬肚、豬耳、咸雞、墨魚、生腸、蝴蝶腩﹒﹒﹒選擇真不少 另有家常餸飯兩餸HK$27,三餸HK$32,但款式不算吸引 我點了【鵝片豬心飯】,鵝片薄切,豐腴軟嫩,入味但不會過鹹。豬心則煙韌有嚼勁,沒有半點豬膻味 (HK$50)跟餐加HK$8要了一碗【潮式羅宋湯】,味道酸中帶辣,胡椒味濃,足料開胃環境氣氛: ★★☆☆☆只有四張小摺枱,空間有限,午飯時間建議外賣較方便。食物質素: ★★★★☆滷水選擇多,味道比想像中好,下次再試試其他款式。服務態度: ★★★★☆店員態度親切,看到客人因款式太多而選擇困難,主動介紹是日精選。 continue reading

是日中午的一餐,很是簡單地路過了灣仔駱克道街市的樓下,見這一家鹵水檔長期放了幾張檯在門口,沒有什麼 idea 吃什麼的一個中心,把心一橫就試一試這一檔《鴻記潮州滷鵝》啦。說明是潮州鹵水,店子所賣的肉類全是潮州式的鹵水食品。食潮州鹵味飯,同燒臘飯一樣,都是十分之方便快捷。是日的我,沒有點上鹵水鵝,因為我想回味一下以前在國內食的鹵豬頭肉、鹵豬腳肉的美味感覺,於是,我點了一個豬頭肉飯,充滿了骨膠原。味道,雖不能同那些大酒樓或潮州打冷店比,但味道香,咸味不太重,肉皮都嚴重地入味。香口的鹵水,味道帶少少甜,也有少少豉味,再以芽菜為伴,很街市的味道,簡簡單單,食得過。簡單的街邊鹵水店,簡單的一碟路邊飯,感覺可以。 continue reading

This WAS my favourite eatery because it was cheap and delicious and offers a wide range for chiu chow food.It was a pity on a recent visit I found a dead intact woodlouse in the food.Before I black listed it, my favourite was the goose liver and goose blood jelly!They both tasted strong and the goose liver was moist.It is hard rating this place because the food is good so I would give it a smile, but since I found a woodlouse I want to give it a crying face.Anyway I hope it was a one-off and should I bother telling them I found a woodlouse in the food? continue reading
