今天下午,我在西環西營盤正街,去到一間名叫鳴人燒臘飯店,買外賣回家加餸。這間店鋪的燒臘真係唔錯,吸引我嘅係佢哋嘅燒肉同白切雞,味道好香,令人垂涎欲滴。我點咗一份燒肉,肉質鮮嫩,皮脆肉滑,香氣四溢,簡直係完美搭配!白切雞就更係一絕,雞肉嫩滑,配上店家特製嘅醬油,更加提升咗整體味道。每一口都令人感受到新鮮同美味,實在係一個唔錯嘅選擇。話晒,香港嘅燒臘真係各具特色,無論係味道定係口感,都令人難以抗拒。今晚就係用呢啲美食,令我嘅晚餐更加完美!如果你喺附近,一定要試下呢間鳴人燒臘飯店,肯定唔會失望! continue reading

做完嘢返娘家食飯,經過一間良心小店,打算襯下,店內員工好有禮貌,好熱情咁問你想食啲咩,買咗$100燒肉,拼叉燒。進店後發覺原來仲可以堂食。斬料師傅手起刀落,尤其切燒肉時索索聲😍😍包起嗰陣都見過賣相唔錯。返到娘家,個個都讚。燒肉同埋叉燒各有兩層,份量十足💯燒肉表皮香脆,味道濃郁,咬落去嗰種酥脆的口感勁正,燒肉的香嫩。半肥瘦的梅頭肉色澤鮮明、香味四溢,嫩肉鎖住肉汁,咬落去一d都不柴。入口鬆軟,但不失肉質的咬口,大人細路都啱食😋😋 continue reading

港人最愛港式燒味,識食一定喺西營盤街頭巷尾搵正宗燒臘店。今日嚟到西營盤,街坊推薦下黎到不是排隊店,不是米芝蓮店的平民小店街坊飯堂「鳴人燒臘飯店」,斬料加餸。阿姨態度十分好,好有禮貌!會主動推介今日靚燒味,豉油雞、乳豬、燒肉、燒鵝、排骨、叉燒咩都有。燒鴨搭配梅子醬,外皮酥脆,鴨皮變得金黃酥脆,帶有焦香,鴨肉多汁,口感細膩,尤其是腿部和大腿部醃制和烤制過程中,香料和調味料(如五香粉、八角、桂皮等)滲透到鴨肉中,散髮出複雜香氣。鴨肉油脂較多,帶有輕微的煙薰味,尤其是用果木烤香氣撲鼻,甜咸適中。豉油雞:豉油雞的味道以醬油的咸鮮為主,加入冰糖或砂糖,平衡醬油的咸味,形成甜咸交織的口感。吸收了醬汁,口感鮮嫩多汁,醬香濃郁,肉質嫩滑。乳豬:金黃酥脆,帶有焦香,乳豬肉質細嫩,脂肪分布均勻,口感多汁且不油膩。脂肪較多,烤制後油脂融化,增添香氣和滑潤口感。總結:整體燒味平靚正 口感味道不錯價錢實惠 continue reading

刻进港人骨子里的烧味,毋需多说,就隐匿在街头巷尾。搬来西营盘之后非常喜欢的一家小店,没有什么名气,不是什么米芝莲推介,也不是什么网红餐厅。络绎不绝的食客都是街坊邻居,阿姨态度非常好,也非常有耐心,就那种时刻担心年轻人吃不饱饭的状态!🌟它们家的烧味值得一试,烧鹅犹是。1⃣️个人推介它们家的烧味双拼,烧鹅搭配的梅子酱既增添了烧鹅本身的风味,也解了油腻感。2⃣️第二个推荐它们家的猪肚,卤猪肚香味扑鼻,富有嚼劲!它们家奉送的中汤居然是药膳鸡汤,真的不会亏钱吗? continue reading

自從「新好景」同「皇后(廣合)」受到時代嘅洗禮而結業之後,「鳴人」成為西營盤最後一間堂食燒味飯店。鳴人之所以能夠屹立不倒,除了係因為飯店老闆娘定期派發愛心飯盒俾有需要嘅人而深受居民愛戴,當然不少了真材實料嘅明爐燒味。「鳴人」最出名嘅其實係乳豬飯同燒鵝飯,不過今日細佬同我都係嗌番我地最鐘意嘅三拼燒味飯。一坐低首先嚟嘅經典例湯香噴熱辣,非常足料,清鹹野味,十分開胃,湯裡面有嫩排骨、雞腳、甘筍等等。然後嚟嘅就係傳說中嘅三拼燒味飯,我嗌咗叉燒、燒肉、燒鴨飯,而細佬嗌咗切雞、燒肉、燒鴨飯。由上圖可見,份量少癲,蛋白質含量極之盛大,適合各位大食同做gym嘅朋友仔試試。就算走汁之後都完全唔覺得寡,因為肉量真係太多啦。仲要嘅係,除左多肉,叉燒瘦而不柴;燒肉皮脆多肉;燒鴨香滑細嫩;切雞實而不韌。食飽之後食埋嗰兩三條菜芯仔,再飲啖例湯清清個口,係一個非常滿足嘅星期日午餐。 continue reading
