聞說元朗西菁街23號KPlus地下G25-28號開咗間日本料理「鮮道樂」,出面大大個牌寫住放題收費成人最平$488、最貴$638,分時段收費另設加一服務費。呢個價錢喺元朗嚟講都算係中高價位,如果將💰價錢=👍🏻食物質素的話,呢度一定係好好味嘅~於是我哋決定,慳慳地小試牛刀🔪🐂,就食個Lunch睇下咩料先🤨.📝率先分別Order咗:🐱豬軟骨稻庭烏冬($72)-豬軟骨肉質鮮嫩、但未夠入味,烏冬湯底一般,豬骨湯味淡,相反味精味濃😶 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👧蒲燒鰻魚丼($88)- 鰻魚做唔到入口即溶嘅口感,食到最後姐姐仲要同條魚拉扯咗一輪先將佢撕裂到🥴🐶大大粒角切魚生丼($72)- 魚生尚算新鮮,但可惜每粒魚生好似得一個味,彷彿世界變了樣🤒.同時,兩個丼嘅米並冇日本飯一貫的香軟,口感亦同我哋平時食開嘅日本米有分別🤭.一頓出色的料理,除了廚司用心烹調外,食材是否新鮮、有否嚴選都很重要。大家都係識食之人,希望呢間店日後可以係選材上更加嚴謹喇,要對得住幫襯您嘅顧客🤝🤝.總結評分:5/10番啅之數:⭐️⭐️ continue reading

約左個好耐冇見既朋友出黎見個面,大家都係新界西,留係元朗啱哂,又近又多好野食。今次想食下日本野,見到呢間門面幾靚,野食都睇落吸引就揀左呢間。餐牌設計好有心思,好似睇緊報紙咁刺身系列因為只有2人,所以每樣食物只係叫左少少。每樣刺身都好新鮮,赤蝦大大隻令人食得好過癮。清酒煮蜆清酒味不算太濃,蜆份量還好,剛好食夠還可以留肚食其他菜式。唯一失望是沙沒有清乾淨。蜆size 都唔細呀胡麻豆腐,筆者的最佳頭盤之選天婦羅系列外脆內軟,大滿足!壽司系列吞拿魚蓉,和牛,火炙三文魚,所有壽司都做到了日本一流的規格。淨係肉要包住飯團已經唔係好多餐廳可以做到。左口魚邊壽司筆者今晚至愛,外面輕輕燒起脆邊,魚肉細嫩易入口,一瞬間就將兩件左口魚壽司送入肚裡。 continue reading
