今日去呢間嘢食晚餐,叫左個「牛舌烏冬」,未食過咁難食嘅嘢1。個牛舌勁厚,幾乎冇切過,仲要連皮上,脷苔都見到,又明顯冇燒過冇煎過,好韌,一大陣腥味,又難食又核突。2。連個湯底都有問題,第一次食烏冬個湯會一大陣腥味,離遠都聞到,完全冇晒胃口。個餐牌話個湯有柚子味,完全食唔出,個湯嘅腥味完全蓋過晒成個餐所有食物嘅味道,真係未試過食到咁羞食嘅嘢。3。連個跟餐嘅雞粒都有問題,成粒都係粉,少少雞肉都食唔到,仲要凍嘅。唯一食得嘅得個跟餐沙律,算係正常。其實剛才都睇咗幾篇食評,好多人都劣評呢個牛舌烏冬,好後悔冇睇咗食評先點餐,亦都唔明點解呢間餐廳會將呢個咁難食嘅餐仍然保留係餐牌上。…Read More

依家經過啲舖頭,見到人多,都唔係幾想入去食,費事增加風險。星期日晚喺旺角見到哩間鋪人流唔算太密集。而價錢同菜單亦都合心水,一於決定試吓...嗌咗兩個餐「柚子燒沖繩白豚腩丼定食」「燒柚子牛舌讚岐烏冬」兩個餐分別有啲配菜,小食同沙律,麵豉湯我覺得太淡.唔夠香,小食係炸雞球粒,味道ok但凍咗,沙律正常「柚子燒沖繩白豚腩丼定食」豚腩係出色嘅,嗰種咸香味食落去比人一種幸福的感覺,但腩肉始終都係有肥膏,食多幾塊會令人有啲滯。「燒柚子牛舌讚岐烏冬」湯底有柚子清香味,烏冬軟硬適中,有咬口,唔錯但係主角牛舌真係敗筆,食落去完全唔覺得有燒過,之後睇其他食客評論哩間鋪嘅牛舌,形容為食緊牛腩咁,真係好貼切所以我建議店家真係搞搞個牛舌佢,已經唔係得一個食客反映…Read More

其實我闖蕩搵食界多年,時常係ig 嘀foodie 度沖浪,唔多唔少遇到好多照騙,大家影相功力深厚,將餐廳影得有如瓊樓玉宇,餸菜恍如錦衣玉食不過有時候,我係唔排除運氣好,師傅又撞手神,而影出靈光一閃號照片記得有次去一間專門賣龍蝦三文治嘅鋪頭,二百幾蚊,真係冇誇張,入面只有兩,三隻小紅蝦,我直頭要開人地嘀照比個侍應睇,佢仲要攞個三文治入去商量左好耐,先至肯整過一個新嘅比我,但其實我都真係好驚得罪食市員工⋯⋯但果次真係嚇一跳,不過話說回來,儘管翻車現場一個接一個,但只要你嘀餐廳book mark得夠多,悲傷就追你唔到,總會食到啱你心水嘅餐廳今次呢間餐廳,我都係上網見人影得幾有卓頭嘅餐廳,佢有個牛肉卷起好似一座小山嘅火鍋,但我係俾一個牛丼吸引到其實真係唔係話佢唔好食!但照片同真人真係有落差,但講真價錢又唔係貴,佢係合格,係我對佢太大期望啦!其實做到親子丼有三文魚子,都好好,就係一碗普通丼,不過不失咁,如果你唔係特登搵呢間野黎食,是但喺街撞入去係完全冇問題,錯在我有期待
