等侯時間約6-8分鐘,剛剛炸起的雞髀,很脹卜卜,望落去塊雞皮好脆很香口,一口咬下,外脆內嫩,亦有很充分的雞髀肉汁,口感很不錯。跟餐的沙律,很有懷舊感覺,不太甜和多醬,青瓜亦很爽口,能夠減減一點油膩和熱氣。


在南山邨比較舊式的公共屋邨嘆一個下午茶,真的別有一番風味呢😇😊

HK Style Lo Mei Platter

Steak w/ Rice in Mushroom Sauce
A perfectly cooked dish! Rib eye was pan-fried to medium with a nice sear on the outside. Moist and flavorful. Chewy rice that well absorbed the savory sauce. Guests could also customize the sides and the sauce.

南昌村有唔少好嘢食,今次就試咗其中一間嘅餐廳。港式鹵水今次叫咗三款淘寶每款要咗兩件,雞腎,大墨魚,細生腸。要配埋芥辣和醬汁,十分之爽口,而且入味。鰻魚飯,鰻魚有三片醬汁不會10分多,令到整體太甜和鹹,白飯份量10分多,食完一定會好飽肚厚切牛舌配沙律,厚切,但係口感軟熟,仲帶點微微的脆口,沙律份量都OK,條的醬汁剛剛好十分之好食,牛舌份量也不少。樽裝汽水一定係最好飲,有汽之餘而且又夠凍如果有樽裝汽水係必叫。碗仔翅侍應推介,冇諗過真係咁足面,而且湯底煮得十分之好,唔會好鹹好鮮甜,材料十分之多,這價錢真心唔錯。

聽聞呢間既炸雞脾超正,所以搵咗日專登過黎試下🤤估唔到仲有玻璃樽裝既汽水,都已經好耐冇飲過啦!即叫即炸既雞脾炸出黎又香又脆,拎上手要小心熱呀。一啖咬落去,雞肉嫩滑,外皮好似薯片咁脆,不過我個人覺得調味爭少少,雞肉略嫌偏淡。配搭左個蘑菇飯,一般般(都係KFx嗰間好食啲😅)而咖哩牛腩飯就正常啦,比蘑菇飯好啲。

牛舌彈牙厚切,食入口口感一流,估唔到又做得幾有水準,完全是意想不到。

另外仲有港式滷味小食,試了個滷味套餐買返屋企回味$48 有雞腳,雞腎、大腸,那橙紅色完全呈現了港式街頭滷味feel.
