在北角這個繁忙街區,香記燒鵝兩餸飯以其平價實惠和地道風味,成為港島區街坊的美食綠洲。近年兩餸飯熱潮席捲全城,香記憑著豐富選擇和紮實品質,在競爭中脫穎而出。店內提供堂食與外賣,堂食環境簡單整潔,設有舒適卡位,繁忙時段或需搭枱,但熱鬧氛圍正是港式小店的魅力所在。一進門,櫥窗內金光閃閃的燒味已教人目不轉睛。招牌燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,油香四溢,叉燒則肥瘦均衡,入口軟腍,帶著蜜汁的甜香,椒鹽調味恰到好處,微辣中帶點鹹香,令人一口接一口。西檸雞則是另一亮點,雞肉軟嫩多汁,裹上酸甜均衡的檸檬醬,入口清新不膩,配飯絕佳。燒味三拼更是香記的招牌,叉燒肥瘦相間,入口即化;燒鴨皮脆肉香,油潤而不膩;燒鵝皮下脂肪恰好,肉質鮮嫩,蘸點酸梅醬更添風味。兩餸飯選擇多達二十餘種,從大排檔經典的菠蘿咕嚕肉、家常蒸肉餅。香記份量慷慨,價格親民,三十多元的兩餸飯足料又抵食。服務效率高,店員親切,忙而不亂。無論是匆匆外賣還是悠然堂食。 continue reading

買左3 個雙併淨餸加燒鴨飯。燒鴨飯嘅燒鴨都幾多件,而且幾淋身,白飯食得出質素吾錯。蘿白牛腩/薯粒牛仔骨,牛腩碎濕濕,牛仔骨味道還可以,但好油。醋骨/菜心炒牛肉,醋骨冇醋味,反而菜心炒牛肉有小小獲氣。咕嚕肉/蒸鯇魚,咕嚕肉完全吾得,炸到過左火位,乾到不得了。只可以講,試過便算。 continue reading

在這幾年越來越多兩餸飯,呢間店可以堂食又可以外賣,堂食都唔錯,仲有卡位坐,繁忙時間就要搭枱!除咗兩餸飯之外,另外仲有燒味,在門口的櫥窗已經見到靚靚的燒味,真係買返屋企斬料一流,有我由細到大都喜歡食嘅叉燒,另外佢嘅招牌燒鵝都唔錯,港島區人士可以試吓呢間,咁就可以不用出去深井咁遠!而兩餸飯選擇都唔少,都有20多種可以揀,平時大排檔食開嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,屋企整開嘅蒸肉餅,甚至乎清清地蒜蓉菜心都有!兩餸飯我就揀咗椒鹽豬扒,豬扒食落去又唔會乾爭爭,就是平時食開大排檔的味道,另外蕃茄炒蛋,呢個我見新鮮熱辣辣,一盤滿滿的應該啱啱煮起,個餸飯簡直係一流,雖然係家常小菜,令我回憶起我以前讀中學家政堂煮餸時的回憶! continue reading
