都未坐低叫嘢食就見到佢個水吧好大隻死咗嘅小強瞓喺中心, 呀姐又好似覺得冇乜嘢咁當睇唔到, 完全冇覺得要執(水吧只係同餐枱一步之隔, 冇人會想喺隔嚟食嘢囉🙄)等緊碗麵嗰陣又聽住個廚不斷咳...行出行入又冇戴口罩...有冇covid 都係咁話啦...到我走再發現枱底原來又有小強屍體講番嘢食:排骨過甜, 擔擔面又冇乜花生醬味, 豆漿就完全冇味嘅又稀咁嘅衞生情況真係衰過大排檔, 幾好食都要諗諗食唔食得過, 何況d 嘢食真係普通到不得了, 俾到盡都只係唔難食, 真係唔駛錢都唔會再幫襯 continue reading

平時星期日中午食西餐, 今日閨蜜話想食第啲嘢, 我就帶咗佢嚟呢度食排骨麵。 呢間麵店已經係好耐歷史 ,以前好鍾意食呢度嘅醉雞麵, 今次重遊舊地 ,想搵返以前嘅感覺。地方冇變,依然係牆上掛滿明星食客嘅相。食麵送豆漿 ,價錢都係合理。我哋一行三人每人叫一款麵, 我就叫呢度最多人食嘅排骨擔擔麵 ,其餘兩碗就係牛腩擔擔麵同埋蔬菜肉絲煨麵, 凍豆漿先上枱, 可惜豆漿太甜,同埋冇乜豆味,好似飲糖水咁, 有啲失望。排骨面上枱,碟排骨就炸得好靚,外脆內軟,鬆軟得嚟又有少少咬口,未至於太林。擔擔麵就比較細碗,啲湯好少, 味道唔錯, 啲面同以前有啲唔同,感覺上用咗差啲嘅面, 整體嚟講都係退步咗 。閨蜜要牛腩擔擔面,牛腩有啲柴, 佢話緊緊合格 。另一碗青菜肉絲煨麵就強差人意, 啲麵煮得太冧,肉絲有好多肥肉 ,更加失望 。雖然呢度價錢唔貴 ,但係坐嘅環境比較迫 ,如果食物唔可以補返數 ,就好難再有回頭客。😅 continue reading

燻魚擔擔面,未食過d魚肉質地係咁,唔似食物似木渣,仲有凍冰冰,唔知係雪櫃雪咗幾耐攞出嚟😣咁啱隔離枱都有人叫呢個魚,佢叫阿姐整返熱少少,但阿姐話係凍食嘅,個客人就話啲汁凍到好似啫喱咁,阿姐都冇理佢😕個麵都麻麻哋,唔識形容似食緊車仔麵嘅油面😅朋友叫咗排骨炒年糕,我試咗兩件比較多油啲,朋友話一般般👎🏼咁既質素唔值呢個價錢。 continue reading

已經有好一陣未有幫襯,應該都有兩年左右。今日十點都未食晚飯,路經入去諗住尋回昔日美味,點知…坐底嗌咗鱔糊菜飯同埋排骨擔擔麵,都算快上菜,鱔糊菜飯先上,出事啦,鱔糊多汁好餸飯,點知鱔糊汁有 d 稀有 d 杰,可能係 d 汁翻熱得未均勻…死得最慘烈係碗菜飯,大家有無見過菜飯係糊仔狀㗎,但佢有糊唔晒喎,係仲有米粒㗎喎,食落去有想嘔嘅感覺,勉強食咗半碗,驚連早餐都嘔埋出口,唯有放棄…以為件炸排骨都好好味,點知今次係食到少少鬆肉粉嘅味,擔擔麵底又唔再係用上海麵,有 d 似幼身嘅油麵,花生醬又係未煮開,仲見到一舊舊嘅,下次請我都唔 X 嚟… continue reading

有時食晏晝想多選擇一點,我會來到天后一帶尋食。這一帶,有新派既食店,也有不少老字號的飲食地。只是,當年不是在這一區工作,沒有機會把這兒的小店逐一去試。到現在有機會了,也因為天后一帶其實要行好遠,會來但少來。而之前過來尋食的一次,我看中了這一間已經聞其名多年的《順豐排骨麵》。我一於食個排骨担担麵午餐。來到,當然是食這店招牌的排骨担担麵啦。當日中午只有兩檯客,看得出,大家都清一色地點這招牌的排骨担担麵。排骨,即是炸豬扒。而這兒的生炸豬扒是沒有加入太多漿粉的,直接炸熟,外層香脆,入口是全肉的感覺。此外,豬扒似乎帶有另外一種的香口味道,似乎是南乳味令到豬扒味道帶著微甜。担担麵用上了廣東的粗味,而湯底有足夠辣勁之餘,也有很濃郁的花生香。整個麵,可以是以濃郁濃烈來形容。吃入口之後,殘餘的味道會停留在口腔很久、很久、很久。吃外省麵食,總會想配上一杯豆漿。天氣仍然熱,就點了一杯冰凍的豆漿來伴餐。味道夠甜,有豆味但不夠濃郁。開心的是,這豆漿能中和担担麵的辣味,不開心的是,豆味唔係幾夠。都算是好味的一餐。但看過食友N年前的評價再同現在比,好似不比以前好。but anyway,我覺得滿意便可。所以,這一餐,是滿意的。 continue reading
