呢度嘅招牌滑蛋豬排飯賣相常吸引,滑蛋蓋曬成個飯,上面鋪滿切成細件嘅炸豬排,表面泛山油潤嘅光澤
,每一啖都可食到滑蛋、豬排同飯。

滑蛋唔會過薄,生熟程度啱啱好,表面留有少量蛋汁,入囗滑嫩,蛋味香濃不腥,同蔥花、微甜嘅豉油,仲有飯粒分明嘅白飯,就係一個不敗嘅組合。

要留意嘅係,由於豬排會比滑蛋浸腍咗,外皮自然唔會脆,好在佢本身炸皮夠薄,所以食落都唔會有好黏黏立立嘅囗感,不過食食下會略嫌油膩。唯獨豬排有厚度,肉質亦鬆軟唔嚡。

滑蛋叉燒飯色相相對前者就冇咁有光澤,但滑蛋同樣滑嫩香囗。叉燒部位偏瘦,加上超薄切嘅關係,食落稍乾,少咗啖啖厚肉嘅滿足感,不過亦會冇豬排咁油膩,至於味道就正正常常冇咩特別。

總括而言,嚟呢到主要都係享受下佢哋頗為出色嘅滑蛋
,其他就中規中矩,都係用嚟做陪襯送下飯。到我哋食完離場(約13:30)嗰陣,餐廳出面依然大排長龍,可以令大家喺炎炎夏日仲肯耐心等候,都不愧為「大坑名物之一」。

題外話:原本我哋仲想試埋呢到嘅滑蛋菠蘿油,但老闆娘話當日12:00前已經賣曬
,下次想食嘅話應該都要朝早嚟啦~
