幾次經過都食唔到,因為時間唔啱,今日老公就提議去呢一度食午餐。店內一啲韓國的味道都冇,但係餐牌就有好多韓式的食物,最特別係夜晚有一個私房菜的餐牌。餐牌好舊,款式一般多,點咗泡菜海鮮拉麵。個拉麵煮得唔夠爽身,好似煮得有啲過咗火,麵又唔夠散,個湯底唔辣,海鮮就有少量的金菇、蜆和蝦,蜆和蝦的味道都不過不失啦! 不過我覺得個湯底唔辣的原因係因為加咗蕃茄,就咁樣中和咗佢辣味。另外杯檸茶都有驚喜,冇加糖都唔會苦。本以為食呢一個之後都會好口渴,但係奇怪的竟然冇喎! continue reading

西灣河韓國餐廳唔多, 呢間韓一窩位於小街, 店很少, 得幾張枱, 之前幾次經過都見有人等位所以食唔到😅今次碰啱Lunch經過唔見有人等位, 所以可以入去一試😋店員睇黎似係一家人同埋係韓國人, Lunch Set價錢唔貴, 味道都好好, 下次一定會再黎👍湯好足料芝士味濃, 一點都唔膩海鮮飯好味 continue reading

朋友中意食韓國野,搵左間近大家既小店食。呢間餐廳好細,得2行位,去到要等15分鐘先有位,但店員招呼得十分周到😍😳⭕️豚肉辣炒年糕唔會好辣,豚肉少許肥份量足,年糕十分煙un👏🏻👏🏻 ⭕️海鮮窩連飯海鮮料好足,有蝦花甲蜆等等,湯十分清甜!豆腐亦有好多件,吸哂湯汁,撈飯一流! ⭕️芝士炸雞半份將海量芝士醬淋係炸雞上,十分有誠意!亦係即叫即整,夠哂熱辣辣! continue reading

發現咗呢間餐廳一段時間,終於同朋友去試一試,見其他食評都講餐廳唔大同埋都要等位,所以嗰日都成8點先去到,見坐咗兩三枱客人,入面大約得20個位餐牌好簡單,入面所講嘅拉麵其實係辛辣麵,好彩有問下人之後我叫咗一個海鮮泡菜飯,好足料同埋豚肉拌飯,唔夠熱同油咗啲,但好多料,抵食呢個芝士炸雞不得了,好好好多芝士,但就要等耐啲啲飯食哂先到,好夠熱,可惜啲係得雞翼同雞槌,如果係雞胸嘅話我諗會仲正呢間嘢整體嚟講係經濟抵食,但選擇唔多。 continue reading

今天同成班FD一齊黎食,梗係叫多幾樣野啦。由上到下分別係:芝士炸雞,鰻魚拌飯,炸蝦餅及墨魚餅,部隊鍋,生菜包,辣醬炸雞,辣炒年糕。提起韓國食物,炸雞相信係近年最多人趨之若鶩既食品之一。我地點左兩款味道,先講雞。雞件既肉非常滑,無雪藏味。而炸皮十分脆,而且唔似得某知名炸雞快餐店咁,一搣就成塊甩出黎。辣醬雞惹味,正常韓色辣醬味道;而芝士雞則有驚喜,芝士有拉絲效果,食起上黎亦唔會掩蓋左主角>雞既味道。不過友人略嫌芝士不足,呢一點就睇大家口味而定,哈哈。鰻魚拌飯:鰻魚肉尚算肥美多汁,其餘部分正正常常,無咩好講。炸蝦餅及墨魚餅:呢一道菜我最喜歡,先講炸皮,薄得黎係完全cover到?蝦滑/墨魚滑,而即使係即叫即炸,亦唔會出現勁多油既情況,非常抵讚。此外,份量亦都十分巨大。坊間通常係薄薄一塊,細細舊咁,而呢度係成個拳頭咁大,可想而知蝦滑/墨魚滑係幾咁充實。蝦滑十分鮮味,夠彈牙;而墨魚滑更係出乎我意料之外,果種新鮮既程度真係令我猶如置身於海洋中。墨魚滑係我必定encore既菜式之一。部隊鍋:湯底味道十分濃郁,由於入面有蝦滑,對蝦敏感既朋友就要注意了。呢個鍋最正既地方係面頭既一層芝士,只要你將筷子插到底,將最下面既麵夾上黎,令?麵掛上芝士,你就等於食到呢個鍋最正既部分。生菜包:呢一個好難評,佢係好好食,辣得黎令你仍然食到香料既味道。肉碎仍有保留肉汁,唔會乾潧潧食擦膠碎咁。辣炒年糕:呢一道菜某程度上係同辣醬炸雞同出一轍,味道近似,值得一提既係年糕夠煙韌。 continue reading
