德慶豆花豆線。香港人食慣甜豆花,一定會驚訝:豆花同米線夾咩?!答:夾,肯定夾,前所未有咁夾。豆花米線:配料-麻辣羊,飲品木瓜冰,全set $61豆花米線:配料-豬頸肉、墨丸,飲品木瓜冰,全set都係$61撈米線本來個辣度已經好啱我呢啲慘仔45小嘅人,同時係香辣唔係死辣,有少少次中囯常見的配料「辣面子」,但應該再加咗其他香草,口味唔會過重,啱啱好。片少少豆花一齊食,一撞之下辣感更加平順,豆花的軟稔和住米線的煙韌,增加咗一重口感,好食到震撼。無講錯係好食到震撼,就算唔喺新蒲崗區活動都值為咗佢一去再去。再講下木瓜冰,其實唔知點解有呢個名,同木瓜完全無關係亦無木瓜味,聽雲南人講係叫「冰粉」,可以想像係透明的仙草,但質地稍為韌少少,介乎於大菜糕同仙草之間。由於其他飲品都係普通的港式檸茶檸水,所以加6蚊就有的木瓜冰成為我不二之選......問我食完的感想,就係香港的米線,粗略可以分為兩個檔次:雲南人家,以及其他。又,其實我食過好多次只係今次先打食評。個人口味,豆花米線好食過小鍋,餸菜方面私心推介麻辣羊,但係份量稍欠所以感覺會貴少少,蝦卷、水餃、豬頸肉都係唔錯的。餌塊同乳扇就係我喺雲南食過的餌塊同乳扇,如果一班人去想口嚐雲南風味可以一試,但其實無咩特別。佢重有得食虫,但虫嗰啲我就未食過了lol continue reading
