今日依然係寒冷既天氣,lunch time又要諗食咩,其實甘凍既天氣應該叫外賣好啲,可以留係公司暖下😂不過日日係office成日,再唔襯lunch出去行下,個肚腩真係會越黎越大,同事話想食魚,所以今日就去左一間食堂到食魚,呢到有好多唔多款式既魚選擇,而且價錢合理好有住家飯既味道,不過無論外賣定堂食都一定要係十一點前whatsapp 落order,walk in係無得食!因為啲餐已經賣唒🤣.佢哋每日既餐牌都唔同,每個餐都會有例湯,白飯,時菜同紅茶~湯白飯同菜係可以無限添😊岩唒食量大既朋友😁餐廳夜晚仲會做私房菜但需要提早預約。.今日個例湯係粉葛海底椰合掌瓜甘笋豬骨湯湯好入味,唔係味精湯.大連鮑魚粉絲蒸肉餅$64呢碟餸隔離枱都有叫,一上枱佢大叫左一句真係有鮑魚架😂肉餅上面有兩隻鮑魚,鮑魚唔會好韌但就無乜味,肉餅肥肉唔算多唔太夠味不過配上調味過既粉絲就岩岩好.花甲粉絲蒸蛋$58蒸蛋好滑,配上蜆同粉絲好鮮味(可能花甲賣唒所以變左係蜆🤔).姜葱霸王雞半隻$78隻雞一上枱,除左我哋嘩嘩聲,連隔離枱都嘩!碟雞比我哋想像中大碟,個個都話無諗過份量係甘多,霸王雞肉質嫩滑配上葱油香味再加上佢哋獨家烹調既豉油,連同事都忍唔住要添飯。.豉汁蒸盲曹$66呢到最出名就係食魚,每日都有好多唔多既鮮選擇,魚好大條雖然係養魚但都幾新鮮幾嫩滑配上鼓油~好食! continue reading

官塘晏晝想食魚鮮,朋友推介工廠大廈有間雍雅食堂,聽個名以為好貴,菜單各款菜式都只係$5x~$80左右,包一湯一菜一飯,主要係蒸煮菜式,聲稱不含味精。食堂唔算好大,但座位郤有番咁上下,加埋外賣客,同時招呼咁多客人,㕑房都有啲踢腳。如果想去試吓,就要早少少打電話留位及叫埋嘢食,即埸叫餐加餐就有排等,而且佢哋每款嘅餸菜數量有限,好快就沽清(一點左右乜都冇)。話明係食堂,都預咗座位都係排排坐,招呼唔到果種。我和朋友慕名去試食,叫咗蒸盧魚、原隻花蟹蒸蛋、貴花蚌粉絲蒸肉餅,上枱賣相唔錯,食落就一般,冇諗過主打既魚蒸得太熟、老咗! continue reading

有日觀塘街上有個叔叔派住雍雅食堂既餐單,標榜無加味精嘅住家飯,而佢個menu又幾吸引,於是就嚟試下~ .佢主打新鮮魚類,無論堂食定外賣都要11點前落單,所有野食賣完即止~😇 豉汁蒸倉魚 ($66)倉魚大大條,熱辣辣新鮮上枱~ 倉魚肉質本身係較結實,食落有魚味,加埋豆豉嘅酸鹹味,真係忍唔住爬多幾啖飯!🤩跟餐仲有住家湯、菜心同埋紅茶,湯同飯仲可以無限添,真係有住家既感覺!🥰 .朋友就食左條豉汁蒸左口魚,魚肉好滑又有左口魚嘅油香,都唔錯,但就$118比倉魚貴幾多~😛 .呢度日日都有唔同嘅menu,一間咁用心嘅家庭經營嘅小店,食物質素又高,好值得試下!👍🏻 continue reading
