以前係禾峯開業多年既老牌冬菇亭大排檔～陳根記。因為工作關係多左係石門呢邊搵食，陳根記晚餐對我黎講係較貴，但係午餐同下午茶係好抵食。今次就同大家講下午餐先，午餐既選擇已經好多元化。佢既Menu分左4種：1.廚房飯 2.是日精選 3.湯飯 4.抵食推介廚房飯1.滑蛋牛飯飯2.京都豬扒飯3.咸肉豬油炒飯4.生炒牛肉飯午市推介1.蒸魚排骨飯2.椒鹽豬扒食後感：可能係大排檔班低，炒野真係有鑊氣，蒸魚時間亦剛剛好。特別想講一講椒鹽豬扒，平時出街一定係又乾又硬。但係陳根記既椒鹽豬扒真係好食，味道唔會死鹹死辣，肉質彈牙，咬起黎有少少Juice感覺。如果新鮮既炸蒜，真係錦上添花 。而炒飯類味道偏淡，但係講求健康既年代，起碼不是過鹹，要多少少味可以自己落鹽落豉油，算係可接受水平。總結：2餸飯當道既年代，令我更加追求即叫即整既食店。拎出黎熱辣辣，出哂煙既飯菜，未放入口已經滿足視覺既享受。陳根記以54蚊左右既價錢，包凍飲，即叫即炒即蒸，我無投訴。…Read More
