係鰂魚涌見客食晚飯前,順便响怪獸大廈打個卡,出嚟過馬路就到地方嚕。客人話呢度有間潮州嘢幾出色,咁就一於佢啦,店內裝潢感覺古雅。坐定定後有功夫茶及沙咸菜奉客經過櫥窗見到滷水鵝想著定要叫 一款嚟食。沙咸菜爽脆開胃兩個人叫咗小食、湯、鵝三寶、手工菜、仲有兩碗粥。海蜇頭比較厚身,口感爽脆有咬口,好味。鵝三寶有鵝件、鵝肝、同埋鵝腸,鵝腸爽脆肥美,鵝肝甘美豐腴,鵝件肉質軟嫩入味,點埋醋汁開胃又好食。荷包鱔係手工菜賣相有趣,用菜包住白鱔、火腿、香菇,再以菜絲紮成四方荷包狀,令肥美嘅鱔肉更香鮮味美。花蛤湯裏面有鹹菜、胡椒粒、香菜,大大隻花蛤肥美鮮甜,鹹菜好爽口又唔太鹹,湯水鮮味順喉,胡椒味幾出,飲完感覺暖暖的,乍暖還寒天氣最啱飲。清香嘅潮州白粥正好為這一餐完美作結。

這間位於鰂魚涌的【陳儀興尚潮樓】,主打地道的潮州菜,有多款手工菜式,甚有特色。涼拌雲耳雲耳麻辣爽脆,十分開胃。招牌鵝三寶鵝件肥美,肉質嫩腍,滷得入味亦不會過咸;鵝腸爽脆;鵝肝最好味,入口溶化,甘香又滑。潮式魚丸肉碎煮汕頭白魚丸十分彈牙,加了些方魚及肉碎煮的汕頭白,完全無渣,而且湯底鮮甜。二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯老菜脯甘香潤喉,豬肚爽脆,整個湯清且甜。反沙芋頭芋頭沾滿了香脆的沙糖,十分香甜,芋頭則較爽口。最後店員會送上潮州功夫茶作結。

功夫茶:餐前個茶味道很淡,我過往飲過的功夫茶有生津開胃的作用,呢度個茶就冇特別生津,而且唔熱。我哋兩個人佢上咗四杯,有少少奇怪。餐後個茶就好飲好多,好香,有茶味,而且熱。小食:原本係俾咗花生,我換咗做鹹菜。鹹菜好好食,爽口新鮮,唔會太鹹,味道啱啱好。滷水鵝片(例牌):一般,食落比較鞋口,鵝太瘦,食唔到油香味。個滷水有少少奇怪,就咁食又唔夠味,一點咗汁又太鹹,而且唔夠香。西灣河嗰間滷水鵝好食好多。墊底有啲豆腐,豆味濃郁,幾好食。鹹菜花蛤湯:淡淡地胡椒味,仲有啲蕃茄,味道偏清新。花甲好新鮮,鮮甜。但係個蕃茄有陣怪味,唔知係咪備料嗰陣黐咗其他嘢,有陣油耗味。水瓜烙:煎得夠時間,好香煎蛋的香味,但係水瓜切片就唔突顯到水瓜烙應有嘅外脆內軟口感。呢味餸如果做得好,係難整過蠔烙,所以先會標價更貴。但係呢度唔值呢個價,建議叫番蠔烙。胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯:好濃嘅胡椒味,夠晒香,豬肚好乾淨,冇壓味,食落有咬口,好食。鹹菜味都好夠。推薦!不過我哋叫兩個湯,佢前後隔咗成半個鐘先嚟,仲要係我哋追先有,懷疑漏單。禾香鴿:冇諗過竟然有功夫菜,而且仲唔使提前預訂。佢係原隻鴿起咗骨架,然後釀糯米料。糯米本身炒咗味,好似糯米卷

禾香鴿:冇諗過竟然有功夫菜,而且仲唔使提前預訂。佢係原隻鴿起咗骨架,然後釀糯米料。糯米本身炒咗味,好似糯米卷嗰陣味。上菜嘅時候已經分好咗兩邊,由於起咗骨,食嘅時候都好方便。鴿肉生熟度啱啱好,食落好嫩,仲有汁,連埋啲糯米飯食真係好香甜。呢個值五星,超級推薦。不過,由於鴿身嘅肉係有少少厚薄的分別,一人食半邊會好好食,但如果四個人每人食四份一咁樣,可能食到偏瘦嗰舊就會唔夠油份冇咁好食。所以我建議係按一人半隻咁叫會好啲。

整體餐點味道唔錯,座位同裝修都幾舒服,只係價錢偏貴。下次會想試吓其他功夫菜式。
