今日我同朋友去旺角食陳記魚蛋,真係超正!一入去就聞到香噴噴的味道,心情都好好。我們點了魚蛋,鮮嫩可口,配上秘製醬汁,濃郁的小辣味正好。不止呢,我們仲叫了魷魚,口感彈牙,真係食得停唔到手。另外,牛柏葉味道特別,齋菜更係清新無比,讓人感受到香港地道美食的魅力。最後,我們再叫了一碗生菜魚肉湯,湯底清甜,魚肉滑嫩,簡直是完美的搭配。還有魚肉碗魚翅,真係食得我心滿意足。陳記魚蛋 (旺角) #陳記魚蛋 #旺角旺角道44號地下2A號舖 continue reading

今日行過旺角【陳記魚蛋】,睇住佢哋的秘製辣醬已經流口水🤤 之前响深水埗食過,原來旺角都有,正!✨鎮店三寶✨❤️咖喱魚蛋一啖咬落去魚蛋超彈牙,即刻想encore多串🧡魚肉燒賣燒賣皮薄到透光,咬開爆出超濃魚肉香,正到停唔到口💛白灼牛柏葉&魷魚簡簡單單灼到剛剛熟,牛柏葉爽脆&魷魚鬚脆卜卜💡重點係+辣醬秘製辣醬好過癮,唔係得個辣字!初入口係甜,跟住個辣勁慢慢湧上嚟,吊出鮮味之餘仲有啲攻鼻感,食唔停口! continue reading

北角新光戲院係大家集體回憶,好不幸地經營困難已經由三月起結業,連帶旁邊由細食到大嘅陳記魚蛋都面臨結業。起初知道呢個消息都好失落,不過見到有其他媒體介紹原來已經搬遷到旺角道,日後就真係好就腳。今日經過旺角確實想懷緬一番,所以趁收工時間打算買黎當晚餐。見到新店門面乾淨整齊,舖頭比較細但餐牌上既食品種類依舊,當中亦見到熟悉嘅面孔,舊店員工亦有坐鎮,記憶返晒嚟~ 除咗招牌魚蛋外,最出色嘅亦係秘製辣汁。最後點選左魚肉碗仔翅、魚蛋、魷魚、牛柏葉、齋、腸仔、蘿蔔、牛丸、螺肉、燒賣!!!  店員一路同我傾計一路整理食物,等咗大約十分鐘所有食物已經處理完成上枱啦~ 道別後就攞返屋企慢慢嘆,影完相就準備開餐。首先講個魚肉碗仔翅:魚肉份量夠多,魚肉有香濃魚味而且口感彈牙。碗仔翅入面真係絲絲入扣,有粉絲、木耳絲、肉絲、冬菇絲,再加上胡椒粉,完全係傳統嘅味道。其後到陳皮魚蛋:口感偏實身,陳皮味幾重外魚味都好香濃,香港以外嘅地區真係好少搵到呢的質感。牛柏葉:質地夠爽,每塊都比較大令掛汁嘅範圍相對多,口感一流。水魷魚:非常新鮮爽口,特別係魷魚鬚位置掛汁一流,每啖刺激又惹味。齋:即係麵筋,入口完全無油益味,口感煙韌再加上吸晒所有辣汁,食落夠辣又刺激。腸仔:十蚊有兩條性價比都相當高,選用嘅廚師腸味道傳統,同其他內地合成肉完全唔同層次。蘿蔔:大大嚿非常清甜,入口完全無渣,配合辣汁非常惹味。牛丸:有四大粒性價比都相當高,因為加快烹煮過程所以都有鎅花,掛汁情況更加理想,入口彈牙爽口,係必點之選。螺肉:之前未食過,不過見到好多食客食,所以都嗌返串。肉質比較爽口而且一粒粒都方便食用,質感鮮甜。燒賣:喺蒸爐蒸熟,食嗰陣時好燙口,口感彈牙,不過加豉油或辣油會比較建議。最後不得不提秘製辣汁,由於有三款唔同嘅辣度,而我同另一半都食唔到咁辣,所以最後都叫咗個小小辣。秘製辣汁味道非常濃郁,而小小辣亦帶少少甜好惹味。每次食到個頭都晒出汗,真係好爽食到舔舔脷。大辣我就真係唔敢試啦~ 所有食物加上個辣汁好香濃會令你好想繼續食,的確係值得一試。陳記魚蛋喺全港有幾間分店都做咗好多年,質素都依舊咁高,依家好多集體回憶慢慢消失,希望大家可以珍惜香港仲有嘅嘢......     continue reading
