 說起與“阿鴻小吃”的鴻哥結緣,至少都有15年以上吧? 當年鴻哥在北角一條充滿了車房的橫街上開店,還未奪得米芝蓮光環時便已經光顧,直至一口氣連奪五年米芝蓮一星殊榮,店子亦搬了好幾次,我是依舊緊隨美味。 退休前曾在機場工作,亦經常幫趁“阿鴻小吃”在機場T2的分店,但隨著T2的拆卸,又消失了好一段日子。 早前聽到“阿鴻小吃”在機場入境大堂再現身,仲要係24小時營業,啱晒凌晨機既旅客,最難得佢既定價同市區一樣。 今次試返鴻哥好幾款拿手菜式,水準都好穩定,而且又可以買上飛機享用,真係可以衝出香港。 芥末雞腳筋($108)爽彈依然,好香芥末味又不嗆喉,送啤酒一流。 素鵝(秘製腐皮$98)以腐皮製成素鵝,質地軟熟,又有淡淡的豆香,我太太好鍾意。 叉燒王(例牌$188)如果無記錯,其實鴻哥係燒味師傅出身,叉燒當然難不倒他,有嚼口而蜜味不太重,單點再來配碗白飯最好。 鹵水鵝(半隻$468 )鹵得入味,尤其是骨膜位有油香,佐酒一流,店方更有外賣服務,帶比外地親友好方便。 鹵水鵝片三拼($368)鵝片盡見刀功,薄薄的一片,紋理清晰,鹵得入味,另外兩併的墨魚片及鵝腎都是同樣可口。 蒜香雞(半隻$188)好香

蒜香雞(半隻$188)

好香蒜味,有點把雞味蓋過,但香港食雞一向味淡,很奇怪,但看得出已盡量處理好,單看刀功已是心機作。

花膠姬松茸螺頭燉雞湯($98位)

一百蚊碗湯其實不算貴,尤其是燉湯,單睇材料是佔了大個燉盅,加上以時間換來的美味,每口都是食材的精華。

南乳粗齋($138)

又是鴻哥的另一名物,以紅米水煮齋,配料勁豐富,甘筍切成心形,金針打結,娃娃菜煮得夠稔,就連冬菇都大大粒,當年歲晚同家人食飯,都外賣一盒返去做餸。

香芒鍋巴大雞球(6隻$268)

鍋巴炸得啱啱好,色澤淡黃之餘好脆口,雞球澆上芒果汁,多添了甜美感。

籠仔欖菜肉鬆蒸陳村粉($128)

原籠上冒著熱氣,澆上醬油後,陳村粉蘸滿了肉汁,滑溜的質感,拌以肉鬆,惹味到極,令人吃不停口。

之前的叉燒再伴以燶邊流心蛋,戳穿蛋黃,讓蛋漿滲入飯粒,真是人間美味。

甜度輕盈,木薯爽口而綠豆爽軟稔,吃得很舒服。

因為星期六比較平日人少,終於可以試阿鴻小吃,原本諗住食鹵水鵝,一個人食價錢比較貴,所以今次無食。只叫了碗蝦伊麵和鹵水蛋。員工歺的滷水拼盤比較吸引,加上係員工價錢。 如果員工餐可以貴少少能夠提供比香港嘅客人就好啦。🤨
