銀座炎蔵二人前 $938白菜辛奇小小辣的前菜,為了醒胃,味道不錯。炎蔵沙律沙律菜加蕃茄仔配上微酸的沙律醬汁,開胃。上等牛舌味道很好,而且煙韌有咬口,只是太薄如果厚一點會更好。炎蔵和牛四點盛(和牛芯芯,臀肉蓋,和牛友三角及和牛羽下)四個不同的部位也有濃郁的牛味,只是覺得切得太薄,肉能厚一點會更好,太薄影響了口感。虎蝦兩本他很大隻也是新鮮,不錯。和牛咖哩飯咖哩汁的味道濃郁,但是沒有很多和牛,配料唔有點少,不划算。檸檬雪葩兩客改成海鹽雪糕及柚子雪糕海鹽雪糕是很重的奶味,沒有太多海鹽的味道,反觀柚子的味道很香,柚子雪糕比較好吃。酒改成菠蘿乳酸梳打及白桃乳酸梳打菠蘿跟乳酸比較配合,白桃的味道跟乳酸不太合襯。追加 和牛上等肋肉 $218油份很多,入口即溶,但價錢比較貴。這裏的服務是很不錯,而且他有一個櫃讓你可以看到是鹿兒島的肉。吃完頭髮沒有燒烤的味道,抽風的系統很好,但是價錢相對貴,整體食物質素是不錯的,如果肉的厚度可以多點會更好。Read More
