🗓 2023年最後一日,諗住由東涌出發行上昂坪市集睇年尾嘅最後一個日落🌄~ 出發前,由東涌地鐵站行20分鐘,去逸東邨搵啲平價嘢食,搵咗一間粉麵舖食晏~🥣 鮮肉碎蠔仔泡飯 😋😋😋😋清湯泡飯調味簡單,充滿莞茜同蔥香,蠔仔🦪相當飽滿,creamy質地,有十幾隻咁多,啲沙清理得唔錯~ 飯粒可以再鬆散啲同再分明啲,加埋肉碎同蠔仔,鮮味十足!😚午餐 💵 約港幣$40/人💁🏻‍♀️ 依間粉麵店喺逸東邨享逸樓對面,但佢其實唔止一間,仲有其他分店喺市區嘅~ 😉 如果大家去開附近探朋友或行山,平平地去幫襯都係唔錯㗎!🙆🏻‍♀️ 最後,喜歡嘅話,歡迎follow @foodirectory.hk! continue reading

黎到東涌 算得上半個飲食沙漠 隨意找了一間潮州粉麵店醫肚 呢間餐廳其實都有幾多分店 就試試佢叫咗碗牛腸紮肉麵 牛腸最重要就梗係肥膏 有啲麵店會將啲肥膏去除 我覺得完全哂野 肥膏先可以令到一食落口完全感受到個種軟濡 同甘香又可口 紮肉都尚算厚切 食落口都紮實 唔會好似紙咁簿 正所謂 湯係麵既靈魂 一磅麵好唔好食 奶多時都係取決於個湯底 以潮州粉麵店黎講 個湯底同個腩汁算得上合格 但唔知係未落咗啲味精 食後會有有朝口喝既 總結 以47蚊呢個價錢 係香港既物價黎講 算係良心價 continue reading

今次叫左碗腸膀面,牛腸同牛膀既份量都唔錯。 湯底飲到幾出牛腩汁既味道,但就無左用骨去煲既甜味。牛膀夠粉,腩汁夠入味,微微雪味,可以接受既程度。腸既部分就有齊小腸同大腸,小腸偏軟身,口感差少左左,大腸有肥膏所以比較油香,同樣無咩雪味,唔錯。最後個面底叫左幼面,彈牙既,師傅煮麵時間控制得幾好,但可惜鹼水味重,走鹼過程唔夠,換水可以密少少。 但$35一碗我收貨,質素都同價錢成正比👍🏻👍🏻 今時今日仲敢表明支持香港,值得支持😘 continue reading

已經食左金銘好多年…唔同分店都試過..每間鋪既水準都做到好一致…最鐘意呢度既粉麵大大碗..價錢又抵!相當抵食..所以耐唔時牛腩癮起時..都會即刻諗起金銘….湯底有濃濃既腩汁…加埋辣椒油真係絕配而我最鐘意係食牛腩河..出面食過好多間既河粉都係好碎同散哂咁..但呢度就真係一條長長既..完整既..而牛腩方面..肉質唔會太肥..肥瘦均稱..冇一啖啖肥膏既感覺食落又唔韌…而且牛腩份量都多…最喜歡就係呢句「香港人加油」喇…埋單都係$35 continue reading
