今日又試吓熟食中心泰菜,中午見到都幾多人。睇吓餐牌,又真係好平。午餐$45送凍飲糖水,又係打工仔恩物。叫咗個炒金邊粉,賣相都幾靚,食落金邊粉炒得太濕,口感差少少。調味就偏甜,見到佢加左太多嘅泰式甜辣醬。配料芽菜,花生碎,豆乾,雞肉都好足料。但係雞肉可能雪太耐,有陣腥味。總體黎講,咁嘅價錢已經交足貨,冇乜好彈。如果要求高嘅人士,就要諗下會唔會試其他菜式啦。 continue reading

原本星期日晚想來試,但不知星期日放假,所以平日晚上再來。街市熟食市場的環境一般,不是很舒服,但尚可接受。我們點了泰式生蝦刺身、燒豬頸肉、牛肉串燒、雞肉串燒、豬肉串燒和鱿魚炒西蘭花。雖然等了一會才上菜,但因為是即叫即燒,所以等待是值得的。泰式生蝦刺身,新鮮的蝦晶瑩剔透,色澤鮮美。蝦肉嫩滑彈牙,不過生蒜片有些辣。燒豬頸肉,外表呈金黃色,烤得剛剛好,表皮微脆,十分好味。串燒每一串都烤得外焦里嫩,表面微微焦脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁。鱿魚炒西蘭花,鱿魚炒得恰到好處,口感彈牙而不韌,鮮美多汁,西蘭花保持了爽脆的口感。 continue reading

《冬陰功》大頭蝦肉質彈牙有鮮味蝦頭有膏,味道講好夠酸,但係蝦頭油嘅香味同埋蝦嘅鮮甜味唔係好去到個湯度,請睇嚟講算係ok。《燒豬頸肉沙律》燒豬頸肉切得好厚但略嫌油膩而沙律配菜亦都主要剩係得洋蔥同生菜仲有大量小編好唔鍾意嘅芹菜所以都唔係好食到。但係朋友就好鍾意食啦因為佢最鍾意就係食洋蔥同芹菜,所以話好唔好食都係見仁見智嘅。《炸鯽魚沙律》炸鯽魚十分香脆,起咗肉炸得好透,連魚尾魚邊骨全部都可以食晒。鯽魚嘅沙律汁都幾辣但係好香包括配料香茅洋蔥乾蔥等等,連埋炸魚一齊包喺爽脆嘅生菜一齊食,酸酸辣辣十分開胃,一d炸野ge油膩感都無,食完一舊又一舊,完全停唔到連骨都食晒。呢間泰國菜喺觀塘瑞和街街市係我最鍾意嘅一間泰國菜。雖然環境係差啲但係食物質素搭救,個人推薦當然就係炸鯽魚沙律喇。 continue reading
