復活節假期,跟朋友參加本地一天團,勇闖中英街~隔離的沙頭角禁區。旅行社安排盤菜宴午餐,12人一枱。旅行社網頁餐單這樣寫:乳香金錢鮮豉油皇大蝦黃金靚魚蛋鄉下走地雞沙頭角燒鴨秘製炆腩肉上湯浸枝竹乳香燴浮皮蠔皇炆冬菇沙嗲厚吊片碧綠西蘭花上湯浸蘿蔔南乳芋頭件 午時鐘響,餓鬼相聚。大大個盤菜,在枱上直接加熱。  望著銀色小山丘,隔著錫紙也感到很足料。待滾起,即起筷。表面堆叠著雞鴨菇菜魚蛋豬腩豬皮,復活節竟然有驚喜,有鴨掌呀!另外,這個是鮑片還是螺片呢?金黃色,唔韌容易咬。找到支竹,蘿蔔和芋頭依然墊底,還有西芹木耳。乳香金錢鱔就一早被夾走曬囉!  所以無食到囉!!雞肉有彈性,肉質唔霉,雞皮有彈性,唔係雪藏貨。也許這是真~走地雞!   粉芯芋頭軟綿綿,一咬即化。芋頭外圍沾滿盤菜鹹香的南乳湯底。把大部分食材消滅後,再放入生菜煮呀煮,扮健康。在懷舊的飯店裡,邊食邊吹水。食飽飽後,有充足的自由時間,可到處逛逛。 continue reading

沙頭角開放了,立即相約友人前往逛一下。好寧靜啊!人不多,從海邊繞一圈,行下走下,景點差不多逛完,係時候午餐。沙頭角最出名莫過於呢一個間,服務不錯,份量多,最重要水準ok喎。咸香雞半隻己足夠4-6人,非常入味,肉質鮮嫩有口感。蒜茸炒豆苗鑊氣足,豆苗脆口又綠油油。八珍豆腐配料多過豆腐…. 哈哈!豆腐滑溜。另有蝦,冬菇,魷魚….. 蔬菜。抵食。鹹蛋蒸肉餅肉餅蒸得鬆軟,好味,不過鹹蛋超鹹。 continue reading

今日因為工作關係入到黎沙頭角禁區晏晝唔知食咩好發現沙頭角既餐廳 基本上都係茶餐廳然後就揀間邊境既黎試下入到去感覺好正同大陸一門之隔餐廳好有懷舊味道 停留係8 90年代日頭只有依4個餐由個伯伯寫 啲字好靚茶任裝餐廳有2層我食左乾炒牛烏冬啲麵都幾碎下45蚊包野飲都算係咁 continue reading

四人一共點了四個菜式:粉絲大蝦煲、避風塘茄子、白切雞半隻、小炒王,好食到都唔記得影相。 白切雞是走地雞,大大隻,鮮嫩,只能用最老土的說法:真係雞有雞味😋。避風塘茄子好香口,脆卜卜,仲有啲韭菜花同豆豉粒粒,更增添惹味。粉絲大蝦煲一共有五隻大蝦,隻隻好巨型,爽+彈牙,但粉絲先係最正,汁醬充滿蝦油香味。最鍾意係小炒王,太遺憾冇影相,韭菜花、腰果、菜莆、爆脆蝦乾、大粒蝦球、大粒魷魚炒埋一碟,除略嫌偏油之外,係我哋一致認為是食過以來最好吃的小炒王👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,下酒一流!好食到停唔到口,再加埋五支大啤,埋單五百幾蚊,超值超值!可惜都不知道何時可以再入嚟食了。 continue reading
