今晚拍住拖去北角匯shopping,行完街後突然雞煲癮發作,立即諗起附近既<金樂軒雞煲魚鍋>,實行來個二人雞煲之夜。<老重慶奇味雞煲 小辣>先來一個奇味雞煲,一上爐已經香噴噴熱辣辣,見到已經超級開胃,流曬口水絕對係成晚既焦點所在。我地order左小辣,雞煲材料同配料好多,冬菇、芹菜、洋蔥、蒜頭都有,係辣味同惹味之結合,老闆仲畀咗一大碗味道濃郁嘅醬汁配料我地,方便我地享用完雞煲後再打邊爐。雞煲入面有吾少雞件,雞件肉質夠嫰滑,完全吾鞋口,不過少辣原來都幾辣,如果怕辣的話,亦可以order走辣的。<豬頸肉>享用完雞煲後,我地開始加埋額外提供的醬汁打邊爐。豬頸肉入口肉質非常彈牙爽滑,亦不會過肥。<鮮魷魚>鮮魷魚夠新鮮,又滑又爽口,配雞煲既醬汁一流。<滑牛>滑牛肉非常新鮮,輕輕一灼,已經可以入口,入口非常鮮嫩美味,完全唔需要加額外醬料,已經非常夠味,真係連豉油都慳番!!~<炮炒包心菜>椰菜又甜又爽口,入口亦帶點微辣,很有重慶風味。我地兩個人最後連個烏冬都食吾落,飽到上心口整體來講,餐廳既雞煲絕對係靈魂

家鄉蠔仔煎:依個唔洗介紹都知係潮洲名菜啦!果然無失望,不論係蛋漿既比例,蠔仔既鮮甜肥尾度,定係調味都係非常好,係近年食過最好味既蠔仔煎,非常推介俾大家,我地兩個人就食曬成個pizza咁大既蠔餅!

最後好想表達下,近年好多既餐廳可能都走向系統化,除左落單埋單之外,店員好少同食客有咩互動,當然我知未必人人都接受到熱情既店員,但我真係好鐘意依種人與人互動既感覺,希望依d餐廳可以得到認識同得以保留

約朋友打邊邊,朋友建議去北角呢間,因為聽聞呢間啲嘢食都幾好味,價錢合理。坐低之後叫左重慶奇味鷄煲($188),因為我唔食得太辣,所以就叫左BB辣,乾鍋田鷄($98),牛柏葉($78),蟹柳($40),白鱔片($128),鮮蝦雲吞同埋韭菜餃雙併餃子($68),另外又要左1 jar竹蔗芧根水($33)。當中我至喜愛乾鍋田鷄,因為真的好耐好耐冇食田鷄,印象中田鷄肉質結實中有彈性,雖然冇🐔肉咁可以大啖大啖食,但係我就係鐘意佢田鷄嘅肉質感覺,呢度仲係用干鍋煮法,更加令到田鷄肉外面有小小微微哋嘅燶,但係喺乾身又微燶嘅肉嘅裡面卻又就係結實中有彈性嘅口感,加埋惹味香口嘅配料,葱、蒜頭🧄、紅黃青三色椒等等,正。

好久無同家姐食飯啦,於是來到北角同她食飯。她說想食小菜,一於來比較有人氣的金樂軒開餐。來到門口,見堂食 🈶85折,吸引,而外賣就 八折。兩人點了四道菜:燒汁羊排,亁鍋田雞(小辣)啫啫通菜和蔥爆牛頸脊。服務員幫我地餐具用熱水消毒,我地坐的卡位都加高了膠塊,加強防護。蔥爆牛頸脊先登場,家姐話蔥爆完都帶鮮甜,抗疫好選擇,牛頸脊呢肉嫩口感佳。燒汁羊排來啦,沒想用鐵板上,有西餐感覺。天氣涼最好食羊肉保暖,來一口,竟然🈚咩蘇味,肉挺嫩滑,有嚼勁~~啫啫通菜和亁鍋田雞(小辣)上枱啦,田雞在溫火加熱,通菜份量多,夠脆綠,帶微辣,好有鑊氣。最後當然先食比較濃味香辣的田雞,未食前就已經聞到香辣味。見煲裡好多材料調味料,先來一口田雞腿🍗先,香辣肉滑,肉好入味,食完味道仍留在嘴和鼻,有驚喜。整體而言,食材新鮮,味道滋味,環境舒適,值得舌尖再來一遊。
