北角呢個地方平時真係無咩點去,今日去附近揾朋友順便食飯,住北角既佢就帶左我去呢開位於街市後面既一間雞煲店.餐廳係以簡單既裝修風格有街坊feel,店員感覺都好親切推介餐廳既招牌菜,主打當然係雞煲但唔好以為淨係得雞煲,餐廳同時亦都有水煮同川菜系列同其他小炒.胡椒豬肚雞煲用電磁爐滾住,雖然$188已經係最少份量但內裏雞件同豬肚件十分足料,湯滾起後已經聞到淡淡香濃既胡椒味.湯底飲落帶淡淡香胡椒味又唔會過份濃令到一入口好辣,飲完絕對無口渴,飲完一碗湯會見到有好多胡椒殼係底.豬肚內外膜處理得好好洗得好乾淨潔白而且完全無豬既內藏腥臭,咬落仲好爽彈.鮮墨魚滑真材實料$68大大舊又夠實,店員推介每日新鮮製造人手打.入口好爽又彈牙,咬落內裏墨魚味香又鮮,每一啖墨魚滑內都食到一粒粒墨魚肉好有咬口.鮮桂魚片魚肉薄得黎食落又嫩滑,滾一滾好快熟.鮮魷魚新鮮而且彈牙就算滾耐左仍然都爽彈.什菌炒牛頸脊呢份小菜係老闆推薦,見佢咁好客就點左黎試試,一食真係幾正.牛頸脊食落爽又夠淋配上什菌洋蔥同芹菜蒜味道夠濃得黎又幾香甜.👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

今日去左北角上堂 可以去附近覓食行到北角匯附近見到有間店鋪主打雞煲魚煲睇下餐牌 價錢都合理 同埋發現到有特別食物我講緊既就係佢既魚鍋啦!市面上既酸菜魚一般都好少用龍躉估唔到呢間小店咁足料用靚魚去做酸菜魚辣度揀左bb辣 試左啖湯 微辣帶麻而且湯底唔油 咸、酸、鮮味都好融合 唔錯魚用龍躉 厚肉而且口感爽口 而且連埋魚皮 膠原十足人多既我地仲試埋款雞煲由於唔太食得辣 都係叫左bb辣 但都一樣好味食到麻味都幾濃 愈食愈麻雞件雞味濃郁,脂肪唔多所以唔會太漏除左主角 仲有豆卜、冬菇等等既配料索哂啲辣汁 超惹味食完雞煲梗係打湯打邊爐啦火鍋料必定要叫既係牛頸脊簡單灼一灼已食等 肉質好滑 油花十足另外仲推仲水餃同雲吞水餃係韮菜豬肉餡 我最鐘意老闆娘仲話係人手自己包架 大家不妨試試同場加映小菜兩款呢款蠔餅超特別 初頭見佢黑蚊蚊仲以為伏點知係幾好味 撈埋大量蔥再煎 味道好夾仲有煎墨魚餅 好彈牙 仲食到粒粒墨魚肉最後當然唔少得熱氣野既良伴 竹蔗茅根呢到既係自家製架!足料! continue reading

今晚嚟到北角,除咗諗起東寶之外實在好少嚟食飯。行過見到有一間地道小店,天氣又咁凍,聞到震震雞煲未味,真係忍唔住入去食雞煲打個邊爐!暖笠笠😁我哋嗌左一隻奇味雞煲!中辣,十分之入味,而且雞唔會好老,非常之嫩滑而且啲配菜都非常之好食,加咗豬皮蘿蔔,牛柏葉,牛肚放埋落個雞煲度一齊食,吸晒啲汁,真係非常之滿足!打得邊爐,當然要食牛肉啦!我哋帶咗安格斯肥牛,一嚟到就知道系好嘢,脂肪同肉嘅比例十分之完美,大約煮五至10秒就啱啱好啦,非常之有牛肉嘅香味,用料新鮮一啲都唔馬虎!老闆娘親切有善,會主動黎提我地要早落d配料十分細心!抵讚! continue reading
