還要是碟頭飯形式
我不知道傳統的福建炒飯是怎麽樣, 我也試過不同茶記的福建炒飯, 全都是用淺盤剩飯, 再在飯面淋上炒飯料, 料通常是叉燒粒 /蝦肉粒/瑤柱/甘笋粒/菜粒/冬菇粒/雞肉粒/燒鴨粒, 有些貴價些便加些墨魚粒/蝦干等海鮮料難道福建出名的是火腿及腸仔???
