呢間弼店不得了,不得了在於佢個炸兩,入面條油炸鬼竟然係脆嘅,我都估唔到呢件事仲可以喺香港嘅粥品店發生到,一般黎講,炸兩入面條油炸鬼唔un已經當你贏,唔怪得呢間野成日都要排隊啦。不過呢間野係得個炸兩掂,佢碗粥應該有落味精嘅,因為食完碗粥之後要係咁飲水先搞得掂。 continue reading

我一值bookmark咗好耐嘅粥店,是日終於可以一嘗味道啦。原來間店嘅位置就喺附近。而係早上11:45,見到店門外左邊排咗勁多人,初初心諗:「Oh no! 會唔會要排好耐㗎?」 然後觀察咗一陣,原來啲人係排隊買外賣,咁都好啲😮‍💨 不過因為店內6張圓枱都坐滿食客,所以等咗2-3個字先入坐。我坐低食嘢時,見啲街坊和食客都好好,食完就走。店員見食客離座會提提你記得帶齊嘢,好貼心。🌯 炸倆 (HK$19). 油炸鬼好新鮮,非常脆口. 腸粉皮不厚不薄,令我食到滑滑的口感帶有米香. 自由配搭一些甜醬、花生醬同豉油就好美味😋🍚 皮蛋瘦肉粥 (HK$35). 需要啲時間煮,食完炸倆先到,啱啱好😊. 熱辣辣嘅瑤柱粥,綿綿軟糯的口感,味道清甜,配有勁多瘦肉和半溶好腍嘅皮蛋,食得出是用心製作 continue reading

金峰粥麵店屹立在鰂魚湧區已經一段長時間, 它非常之受街坊歡迎因為普遍食物都很有水準, 首先講各類粥品, 特價粥通常有幾款, 包括皮蛋瘦肉粥, 瘦肉粥, 牛肉粥, 魚片粥 及 豬紅粥. 而很多年前是有豬肝粥為特價粥, 現在已取消了.腸粉方面, 特別係牛肉腸, 蝦米腸和齋腸都特別好味. 本人特別喜歡它的齋腸 因和醬料非常配合, 而炒麵和鹹肉粽 也有提供售賣.自家製的油炸鬼, 個人就覺得缺乏一點傳統嘅滋味, 食落沒有一種豐滿質感, 感覺比較單薄, 這樣會食落脆一點, 在製作炸兩腸時是會比較好, 而油炸鬼只會在星期一至五才有外賣及堂食, 星期六日是沒有提供, 只用來作製作炸兩腸. continue reading
