之前有吃過,肉汁豐富,不用太多豉油都很好味;今次大家看到圖片,就知道,又燶,又乾,幸好有檯上的腌辣菜,才可以送飯;我會比機會再試。可能我運氣差,可能今次吃不到好肉餅,下次吧。我選擇12點半到,午飯時間,餐廳非常熱鬧,正常表現,搭檯是必須的,都沒有問題,上餐快,職員都很落力,無論帶位、出餐都快快快,整體就是市民茶餐廳,要好好享受,可能要晏一點來,估計2:00後會比較好總括來說,我會再來,因為始終好食,相信是一時失手吧Read More

聽說是大圍名物之一,cheat day 食飯quota 今次就特登留俾呢間店。星期六中午黎到,門口一小條人龍,大概等了10分鐘都已經入到。餐廳果然是人頭湧湧,係舊式茶記格局,多張大圓檯大家都係搭台,落單速度亦都非常之快。一眼望過去,食客基本上都係叫煎肉餅飯、椒鹽豬扒飯或者牛肉湯米粉。我同老公就分別叫左個煎肉餅飯加15蚊轉炒飯底,我就要左個椒鹽豬扒飯。金城的煎肉餅飯唔係一舊舊細塊的肉餅,而係大大塊的煎肉餅,蒸肉餅一大塊過就食得多,煎都係第一次。外層煎得脆口,內裡依然保留住肉汁,雙重口感,真係幾好食。因為肉餅已經夠味,炒飯亦都濃味,個人就覺得配白飯會冇咁鹹,balance D。至於我叫的椒鹽豬扒飯濃味得來仲帶住少少醬汁,配白飯一流,豬扒肉質鬆軟唔韌唔攝牙。同老公交換肉餅同豬扒,一次過享受曬招牌美味。Read More

喺大圍呢條街,有唔只一間傳統茶記,佢哋各有名物,今次我就試吓呢間嘅生煎肉餅飯。生煎肉餅飯呢款招牌飯差唔多一半客都係為佢而嚟,肉餅嘅兩面都煎得好香脆,但係肉餅裏面又唔會太乾仲有肉汁,果然名不虛傳。乾炒三絲意粉呢味唔係名物,純粹係自己好耐冇食過炒意粉想回味下。不過廚師都炒得好有鑊氣,熱辣辣之餘意粉軟硬適中,好惹味。不過留意番呢度係舊式茶記,座位都幾迫,搭枱就好難避免,加埋佢生意真係幾好,成日都好多人,所以我都係快手食完就走人啦。Read More
