講就講左幾年,今次係第一次食炭爐火鍋,又幾過癮嘅,襯天氣涼涼地可以試一次。炭爐邊爐買少見少,事前無資料搜集,純粹知道呢間近近地就揀呢度。金和記位於九江街,即日打黎訂枱都有位,訂枱時講明炭爐啊(電磁爐我諗唔洗訂,哈)炭爐區都是室內,門口以膠布遮蓋一半,雖然店內抽風ok嘅,但一班人幾個爐,難免會有啲侷促。餐廳冇咩裝潢可言,用較矮小細枱櫈,地方企理乾淨,難得店員招呼幾好。金和記以炭爐作為賣點,湯底有超過15款,比較常見嘅豬骨鍋、牛腩鍋、沙嗲鍋、辣雞鍋等,亦有花雕醉雞鍋、螺頭鍋、鯇魚鍋,定價$68-128,炭爐需加$25。海鮮有鮑魚、蟶子、蝦蟹、蠔等,此外亦有唔少餐前小食、炸物,送酒吹水專用。仲有比較少見嘅配料好似牛鞭、牛波子……咁。火鍋配料選擇多,同一般火鍋店收費差唔多,手切牛、黑豚肉、丸、餃、滑類、蔬菜等。一行四人人均消費290蚊左右。醬油 $10/位前菜 $10炭爐豬骨鍋 $113點單後,店員就會上炭爐,待炭燒紅。炭火火力頗猛,中途只係加過一次炭鍋底有幾件豬骨,粟米、大量蘿蔔,湯頭頗重胡椒味,不會太鹹,蘿蔔薄身快熟,完全無渣。沙律韭菜角 $45炸魚皮 $45本地手切牛肉 $148手切牛質素唔錯,入口滑嫩,肉味幾濃。手打鮮蝦滑 $98蝦滑幾大份,口感彈牙。自製芝心墨魚丸 $98一份8粒,面頭有蟹籽,芝士有流心效果,墨魚丸都彈牙。珊瑚蚌 $98不過不失。脆肉鯇魚 $88油鴨髀 $48韭菜餃 $38綿花魚肚 $68豆苗 $45油麥菜 $36秀珍菇 $28鮮枝竹 $38蔬菜類就幾抵點,而且份量多。雖然呢度環境一般般啦,消費又未去到話性價比高,但偶然試下啲咁地道嘅野,又幾有趣。當日天氣唔算話好涼,始終係室內,都會有少少侷,遲下涼啲應該會舒服啲。 continue reading

今晚與友人點花彫醉雞窩,味道不錯,加了多次湯水,湯味也沒有淡,另加上黃油雞,雞味濃郁!湯味更甜,炸魚皮,很脆口及微暖,好正!粟米很甜,蠔也不錯,鮮甜,最正是炭爐邊爐及用瓦煲,炭火温均勻,瓦煲保温,美國肥牛就有D失水準,肉較韌,另小籠包及鬼馬油炸鬼味道也不錯,食後難忘! continue reading

友人推薦這間風味十足的炭爐打邊爐餐館,淨係個炭爐已夠吸引,好想試!朋友仲話食物都好得,仲專誠訂定兩個不同湯底,一個係油鴨髀鍋,另一個係牛腩鍋。兩個都好好味,但油鴨髀鍋就會較咸!食物方面,大部分都中上水準,蝦仲要生猛嘅,最推介墨汁墨魚滑、手打墨魚滑同手打鮮蝦滑。三式油炸鬼都好好味!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼羊肉片好有羊味👍🏼花彫雞片就唔夠花彫酒味,否則會更好!本地手切牛肉、鮮滑牛肉同豬潤就一般嚮鈴卷就好油,我唔敢食!😆酒水方面,價錢公道,可以好放心盡情叫啤酒汽水。整體來說,風味加食物都有80分,係值得一試嘅,最重要係服務一流,阿叔阿姨都好Nice好Helpful!!!令人食得好舒服!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 continue reading

上次行過聞到香噴噴已經好想食聽人講話炭爐打邊爐好正好幸福啊今日,Family day dinner 特登打電話去book枱,嘻嘻第一次食炭爐既邊爐🥰🥰一黎到簡左個湯底先~簡系簡豬骨鍋等啊等啊~炭爐系慢熱d ga la 但系又別具風味bor🤤 安格斯肥牛,2百幾蚊一碟 ,得十片左右,價錢感覺偏貴啊~但系好好味,入口要溶咁🥺🥺 叫一碟過下口癮帆立貝柱 又幾新鮮哦~一人都有兩粒每次打邊爐都要點手打肉丸,最鐘意就系牛丸,豬肉丸同埋墨魚丸 ,超彈牙🤤🤤🤤百牛柏葉 超爽脆啊❤️❤️三色油炸鬼~呢款小食我都系第一次食,系油炸鬼加淩魚肉,呢個配搭幾盞鬼👻噢~屋企人話一定要點既鵝腸~終要叫兩碟天啊我吾食內臟咖,但系見佢地食籌津津有味,我忍吾住試左一條鵝腸,原來又幾有口感蝦滑分量好多好正啊打邊爐又點少得響鈴啊😂要食下菜下下火先 再加番兩個烏冬☺️咁就飽飽嚕 continue reading

星期五晚上,我哋一行七人,相约食生日飯+ 做冬. 朋友話呢間火鍋係食炭爐火鍋, 所以比較有風味 原本,我們book了張炭爐七人抬。可惜張枱太細,我哋覺得太逼,所以我哋決定改去食電磁爐。我哋叫咗二個湯底一個豬骨煲 : 豬骨煲比較足料 有三嚿大豬骨, 粟米仲有, 大量蔥. 成為98元。 因為用豬骨淆製湯底比較鮮甜 食落都幾好味醉雞煲: 首先佢會用酒煮滾咗然後加水再落半隻雞 落個煲度 酒味很濃 雞很鮮嫩, 好補身,好味.特別推介. 呢度嘅響鈴38元一份,仲要係大大份,而且仲要即炸,根本唔需要放入去 嗰爐,就可以即食好味到不得了!豬面豬登非常之嫩滑 呢度選了,新鮮所以好似每一樣嘢都好好食手切牛肉, 我哋差唔多等咗成半個鐘,先有呢碟手切牛肉, 朋友話今次嘅手切牛肉比較切得薄,所以口感麻麻,但係我又覺得都幾好食呀,因為夠新鮮!鵝腸 呢啲肥鵝腸好多肥膏 又爽又好味推介呢個花雕牛肉,牛肉加 玫瑰路好入味我哋總共encore 咗兩次,好味 continue reading
