元朗出名多嘢食,除咗地道嘅大排檔同港式小食,仲有唔少高質小店!鍾意食日本嘢嘅我哋就嚟到元朗一間區內名店,主打日式本菜嘅野川拉麵の深燒食堂。野川拉麵の深燒食堂選材新鮮,多款新鮮刺身、壽司、串燒、壽喜燒等,食材處理細緻,味道同價錢都好有驚喜,非常滿足。六品刺身盛合一份刺身盛合有齊三文魚、油甘魚、帶子、甘蝦、北寄貝,新鮮鮮甜之外,每款都有3件,份量十足!至於盛合陣容仲有半板海膽,鮮甜回甘,性價比超高!活赤貝刺身活赤貝絕對係今日之最!活赤貝非常新鮮,口感厚實彈牙,點上豉油同芥末,令活赤背嘅鮮甜味更為突出,真係想瘋狂encore!壽司食完刺身盛合,仲想encore,一於叫多幾件壽司啦!厚切嘅油甘魚壽司,帶有啖啖嘅油脂香同魚生嘅鮮甜味;北寄貝壽司嘅甜味比油甘魚更勝一籌,至於厚薄度啱啱好,更突顯北寄貝嘅彈牙口感;鮮帶子壽司就係三款壽司入面,海水味最濃嘅一款,獨特嘅帶子口感,成為我的最愛。牛油蒜蓉焗蜆+鮑魚一隻當蜆肉加上香濃嘅牛油同微辛嘅蒜茸調味之後,蜆肉嘅鮮甜更進一步地昇華!但更精彩嘅當然係配菜嘅金菇啦,吸引晒海水味、牛油味同埋蒜香味,真係無得輸。另外,加多隻燒鮑魚,最鍾意鮑魚裙邊嘅焦香同彈牙嘅口感,再加上牛油蒜蓉嘅魔鬼味道,絕對係最完美嘅配搭。牛肉壽喜燒壽喜燒嘅靈魂就係要做出鹹甜均衡嘅湯底,野川拉麵の深燒食堂嘅壽喜燒湯底就啱啱好!配菜嘅冬菇同白菜完美地吸收晒壽喜燒嘅湯汁,非常甘甜;常見嘅粉絲就換上蒟蒻絲,口感嫩滑彈牙,而且更健康;重點當然唔少得肥瘦適中嘅牛肉啦!牛肉嘅油脂混合埋壽喜燒湯汁,更加惹味。 continue reading
