呢間舖係我上openrice咁岩睇開發現既...見咁多好評就即管一試啦!!!果日晏晝打去book位,本身book8半...但個姐姐話無位...最快都9點...咁我就照book啦......點知8點半左右老舊打比我話有位留左比我地...咁就即刻去啦...我地2個人叫左一個細水煮魚, 麻辣雞煲同一個酸辣粉....首先,要講水煮魚.....好似$8x一個(細)....但佢好大鍋,好多魚味道十分好, 魚肉好滑, 有大豆芽放底....好好味....係我係香港暫時食倒最好味既水煮魚....麻辣雞煲...就一般....d雞好細件,肉質唔好...唔入味可能佢唔係主打雞煲....所以唔建議叫...但我下次會試下個田雞煲...最後,酸辣粉都十分唔錯...薯粉質地煙un, 索倒d湯既味!!服務方面...都幾好.....個老闆最後會問我地d野岩唔岩食....幾親切..... continue reading

看到openrice如此好評,當然要來試試,但試完後大失所望,不會再來。這間鋪實在太隱蔽,找了很久才找到,大熱天時還要這樣找,真係很累。與友人每人要了一個粉,我依然選擇我愛的墨丸薯粉配酸辣味,友人則要了麻辣味。墨丸的質素不錯,但只有兩粒,太吝嗇吧!?而炒的份量也很少,一碗根本不夠飽,而且只辣不酸,憑什麼叫酸辣!?而友大那碗麻辣也只辣不麻的。太辣,看到旁邊那抬要了杯水,我也問店員要杯水,但因為我們吃得太少東西,所以他說沒有。可能我只吃兩碗粉,所以不知道其他食物質素如何,但無論怎樣,我都不會再來了。二十多元還有大把選擇,而且份量比它多! continue reading

看電影是大肚媽媽既喜歡,也是相當舒適的活動,而幫襯得最多就是圓方的Grand Cinema。上週六看戲前,與老公先到佐敦找吃的,原目標牛屋餐廳卻在當晚做節,時間方面怕趕不及,唯有臨時改地點。 其實與牛屋同街有間新牛屋餐廳,然而評價似乎不太好,不想亂博,就陪老公去重溫他吃過又覺得不錯的重慶回味香。還未步進店內,已聽到十分熟悉的鄉音,感覺挺親切的;然而川菜既辣又重味精,當晚我並沒有幫襯,只是陪坐而已。 沒時間慢慢吃了,老公為自己點了簡單快捷的小炒回鍋肉($45),加個白飯($6)及一杯豆漿($5),盛惠$56。小小店內,菜式確是即叫即炒,鑊氣與新鮮度都是十足;然而憑肉眼所見+老公反映,成品的回鍋肉實在是肥得不得了,肥瘦比例約是七三之比,而且味道並不特別出色,比起老公上回吃的水煮魚失色很多! 除了用料不夠精良,也反映了辣椒以外佐料的運用只是一般。無所事事的大肚媽媽,八卦完老公的晚餐質素後,又無無聊聊拍下店內貪睡的貓貓。環境如此嘈雜,小店又多人出出入入,貓貓仍然睡得香甜,真難得! 希望日後囝囝也能做到吧! 講回正題,代老公出一個OK臉,希望小店除了水煮菜式,也要留意改善小炒菜式。 continue reading

ordered:酸辣薯粉: noodles is chewy and there's some peanuts, 元西, 炸菜as side dishes, the soup is not sour enough when compared with "tam zai"涼麵: excellent! although it's just some chili sause added to the noodles, noodles is cold and chewy!!! the sauce is very good, very 地道!!!川北涼粉; the 涼粉 is no taste...but 口感滑滑好得意,但好容易cut off......仲有d蔥係面好香紅糖冰粉:好好味, 真係可以解辣架, 其實好似jelly, 有d紅糖糖水甜甜地, 冰冰涼涼~the place is very small, just have 4 tables, so needa wait ga~ continue reading

食辣野最爽既就係越食越想食,但係好多時出街食既辣野,無論泰菜,川菜,好多時都係辣到人頭皮發麻,個咀同條痢發腫又痛,飲極水都唔夠咁,真係令人望而生畏,難得有一間辣得黎越食越想食,辣到大家大呼過癮,忍唔住要讚多一次之前同事聽我講重慶回味香勁好食,嗜辣既同事已經蠢蠢欲動,適逄HAPPY FRIDAY,加上近排天氣又悶熱,於是約埋一齊去辣辣佢。上次去食問過老闆係可以打電話訂左枱先既,所以預早一日訂定,友人先到等左一陣間就有位。由於我同其他人未到,友人好醒目咁已經叫定一個涼拌粉片同一支大啤,邊食邊等。我地去到見佢食到雪雪聲又流汗,但係又欲罷不能,真係搞笑。人齊左要叫餸,叫左一個大既普通辣水煮魚,泡椒腰花,辣子田雞,紅油豬耳,蒜泥白肉.. 叫住咁多食住先。涼拌菜式先上,蒜泥白肉切得好靚,薄薄一片肥瘦適中既豬肉拌住秘製既醬汁,香香辣辣,好開胃。我地見到白肉切得好靚,細問之下原來老闆自己操刀.. 勁呀~!! 紅油豬耳第一次食,爽爽地辣辣地,加埋下面舖住既青瓜絲.. 好味~等左一陣間,我地既主菜之一黎啦,水煮魚~! 大家見到真係忍唔住歡呼,食左第一啖之後,大家都叫爽。辣辣既汁,麻麻既感覺,仲有滑滑既魚肉.. 真係正~!! 真係咁上下辣子田雞到,一上枱,大家都有D驚,成碟都係辣椒心諗一定好辣。其實辣椒經過泡油,辣味已經去左好多,反而突顯左佢辣椒既香味,加埋D田雞,呢個餸好好味。泡椒腰花好好味,泡淑酸酸地辣辣地,加埋D配菜好近唐芹同埋雲耳,同事用黎送啤酒不斷叫正。食到咁上下大家好似唔係好夠喉,再叫左個四川涼麵,涼拌海帶絲,細既唔辣酸菜魚,紅燒豬紅,黃金皮蛋,全部都.. 好正。呢到最好既係,學老闆話齋,食川菜唔辣點似樣。雖然每一樣都辣既,但係辣既程度辣既味道儘然不同,絕對唔會令食客有重覆既感覺,而家食落口果下辣,而後就係一貫暖一樣由食道真落個胃,但係唔會食到你口又痛脷又痛,只會令你越食越想食,越食越過癮,總知係就GOOD GOOD GOOD啦。雖然店舖裝潢唔突出,係一般街邊小食店一樣,坐位方便.. OK啦。但係我地去食飯.. 係食野吖嗎.. 所以乾淨企理就OK,老闆在場又會同我地打下牙較,介紹下D食物,所以食得好開心。是日我地食左11個餸,7支藍妹大啤,6罐汽水,HKD$654,絕對係超值,又好食又抵食.... 抵我地一而再再而三幫襯 continue reading
