醉乳鴿跟粉絲 $80 = 乳鴿味道正常,粉絲份量少得可憐,似平時食唔晒淨低咁。砂窩醉藥雞跟白飯 $70 = 雞件少肉大部份係骨(而且有碎骨),只有一舊有得咬下,而且係冇味嘅。眼見冇乜餸食就想話加$1一粒鮑魚,點知女店員話要落單時加,不可以後加,唔明點解要咁樣規定。另外湯係甜嘅,不是想像中的藥膳。6點入座,當時店內只有一位食客,店員要求我們不要放袋在隔離坐位,可能佢認為轉頭立即會坐滿客人。當然我同朋友都馬上聽話攞走自己嘅袋,以免被人鬧係奧客。呢間嘢試一次就夠了。 continue reading

好耐無奢侈出街食餐好,小弟趁岩岩出糧,順道經過深水埗, 試一試呢間出名食雞ge食店。呢間醉藥雞,最最出名ge,系佢地ge「砂鍋系列」。而我呢次叫「砂鍋醉雞煲」(好似記錯)就系其中之一。事不宜遲,都系講講小弟ge食後感。各路高手成日話「色、香、味」要俱全先叫上乘。呢個醉雞鍋,完全符合呢D條件。「色」-侍應拎個砂鍋系我面前,完全呈現類似「生滾」狀態。如果系其他熱菜,以小弟十級怕熱的特性,早就避之則吉;但系雞煲本來就系趁熱先至有用,至少可以講,呢間雞煲絕對無欺場。但最吸引我注意ge,系個鍋面頭個浸類似「黃油」ge物體,原本誤會系雞油(真失禮),捻捻下間舖頭主打養生,「黃油」應該系煮食用黃酒先岩(如果小弟都系講錯,非常歡迎各位高手指正)成件事,「黃油」個種深黃,配上偏白ge砂鍋內湯底,深淺分明,印象分大大提升。「香」-砂鍋上抬,撲鼻而來ge酒味,唔駛甘多廢話,「相機」先享受,然後到小弟大快朵頤。「味」-講完個雞煲賣相同酒香點吸引,終於都要講主角-雞;但講雞之前,先講講配料。呢次叫個砂鍋,由於以藥湯做基底,所以除左微微黃酒味之外,湯底見到紅棗、淮山,另外加左疑似老姜(?)。不過,小弟完全唔覺得個藥湯「燥熱」,反而覺得好舒服。以微微酒味帶出雞湯的清、甜。着實加分。如果好似小弟甘,追求飽肚感,麵底可以選粗麵類,例如刀削麵;相反,可以選配米粉、瀨粉之類,以享受食材同湯ge味道為主。然後到「雞」。小弟唔系食家,所以唔識得分雞ge品種,同埋系唔系冰鮮、雪藏之類。但系,咬到雞肉個刻,突然間有種「呢D先系應該有ge雞肉味道」感覺。連皮帶肉,肉質算嫩滑,皮唔會太油膩。連埋湯食落口個下,最後一個字-當天氣越黎越反覆無常,令我地身體越黎越差,但又未必的起心肝做運動,甘不如先從飲食開始,慰勞一下因平日拚搏而操勞ge身體,等自己開心一下。雖然個砂鍋雞真系幾熱,但呢間店,小弟覺得可以作為「個人小小食療」第一步。 continue reading

福榮街不嬲多野食,今日就揀左呢間做出名食 鈔鍋生滾麵做lunch ! 價錢小貴 湯底係幾好味既,但雞肉份量都小 ,男士食未必飽,作為lunch 選擇都係合格既!鮑魚砂鍋雞翅米線$98湯底幾香,不過飽魚同雞翅就冇乜特別主打個醉藥雞湯出色啲!砂鍋醉藥雞米線$70醉雞湯底幾甜,藥材味都濃食完成個人暖哂,雞就真係唔多不過啲雞都滑既! continue reading

之前行過都想試,但係午膳時間lunch hour 真係超多人,今日係星期六,所以過嚟試一試。招牌砂鍋藥膳雞刀削麵見一攞出嚟煙霧瀰漫,已經知道 煮得好熱 ,staff 真係非常之小心.70蚊喺深水埗已經覺得係超抵嘅價錢,一大鍋,一定夠飽。味道好濃嘅藥膳咁啱講緊呢幾日嚟緊返風,真係好補身見menu仲有醉雞或者係最乳鴿等嘅餐,下次可以再試值得encore continue reading
