Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚爸爸說帶我們去長沙灣食東江菜。餐廳門面不大,內有地面和一樓兩層,剛巧有客人離座我們就坐在地下那層的卡位。 餐牌上的菜式選擇都有不少,基本上每款菜式都跟配例湯及一碗白飯。由於我們點了四客飯餐,店員直接以一個大碗送上例湯,熱辣辣的家常味道。這裡是的梅菜扣肉($100)是頗有名的。首先是日的扣肉完全不夠熱,才上菜溫度已經是暖的;其次味道不足、蜻蜓點水,梅菜的份量很少;再者,扣肉的部位過肥,很多脂肪但瘦肉少,大部份也不能吃,的確有失水準。煎炆釀豆腐($88)也是東江菜常見的菜式:每件豆腐的正中央釀了肉碎,肉碎份量不多帶鹹,醬汁稍為太多如浸豆腐那樣,而一般都是用白菜墊底的卻用了成本較低的生菜代替;個人認為成本是一件事,另外的是生菜比白菜不耐火,因此煮得太過火而變色和質地變得稀爛。沙鍋魚頭煲($100)裡面有不少腐竹、洋蔥、冬菇等配料去帶出香氣,醬汁亦太多,因只淺嚐味道就不評價了。剛炸好的椒鹽九肚魚($90)的椒鹽味隨著熱氣散出,外皮略為厚了一點但幾香脆,沾著頗酸的醬汁幾開胃,點一客大家分享都不錯。街坊餐廳來說是抵食的,味道可以,就是東江菜偏濃味,而餐廳的衛生情況麻麻,大家則需自行衡量了。 continue reading

出席家庭飯局😆呢間門面有啲舊既飯店係長沙灣一個唔太顯眼嘅位置!茄子魚腩煲$85味道不錯,油左啲啲啦~鹽焗雞半隻$125算係王牌之一,味道OK,雞都滑~蒜香豬扒$85兩隻字形容:惹味😅梅菜扣肉$90聽講係呢度必試既小菜!都真係幾好味道,撈飯食一流!(諗清楚先好撈呀…好肥架….)椒鹽九肚魚食左少少,幾好食香煎琵琶豆腐$78呢個好食,咁多樣菜之中最鍾意呢個!小炒王$90呢個淨係睇個樣都唔係太得喎….味道都係麻麻啫啫通菜煲$90又係好惹味既一道菜!呢度嘅食物中規中矩~係呢區,不能要求咁高! continue reading

本身自己係客家人,所以特別鐘意食客家菜,同埋經常會去長沙灣元州街呢間家庭式經營既客家小菜館,佢既小炒小菜一流,味道有返咁上下水準,平時好多街坊幫襯,有時仲要喺門口等位添。每次黎都必點客家鹽焗雞、雞肉咸咸地夠哂入味,點埋沙薑醬味道更豐富。呢度既梅菜扣肉,每舊肉都有肥瘦位,最鐘意食扣肉既肥膏位,好邪惡,加埋梅菜用黎送飯好開胃。小炒王又係每次黎必點既,佢既材料好足料豐富,比其他小店既小炒王足料,而蝦乾炒得好入味好有火喉。客家釀豆腐,豆腐幾嫩滑,豬肉亦好味,如果豬肉大舊啲就完美。白鱔 好有咬口,脆脆地幾特別既口感肥牛煲入味,牛肉夠嫩,送飯亦very good 豬扒 酸酸甜甜好開胃。西芹牛肉炒得有火喉炸物亦炸得不錯,係即叫即炸 continue reading
