下午路過慕名幫襯,點知做咗老襯.......點了一個鴨腿湯飯,飯一到就知出事,隻鴨腿是雪藏的,完全冇嚟味度......湯底極之普通,普通清湯加幾條白菜,隻鴨腿仲要硬崛崛......皮是淺啡色......極之失望.....有揼春之感......飯後有糖水送我都唔要了.......這類老店愈來愈少......希望能夠維持應有水平......侍應及收銀態度就良好有禮,希望食物質素做番好啲。

一班朋友正苦惱往那處吃晚飯的時候,就在這旺區灣仔, 一於上去試这所懷舊老店,一看餐牌 所有都是兒時的回憶, 當然必試他的鹽焗雞,但有朋友也想試他的霸王雞,便一於起雙飛,果然冇揀錯,兩款雞雖然煮法不一樣,但是肉質有咬口,也能帶出他的風味,其中必要試的當然是他的炸大腸,但是亦太擔心高膽固醇所以大腸改為拼蝦丸,少吃多滋味,因為已經沒有什麼地方找得到吃這類款式的菜,實也不令人失望,大腸有它的風味,而且炸得香口,蝦丸賣相也很可觀,跟著就是他的東江豆腐煲和骨髓炆三鮮,朋友不斷加碼order沙薑雞腳,簡直美味無窮,最喜歡他的沙薑醬,正當各人都大快朵頤的時候,有人更指出這處的 芒果糯米糍是必試的甜品,當然每人一個發覺簡直是不可多得,較坊間的完全不可比較,糯米糍的皮就像是嬰兒的pat pat軟滑彈口,芒果鮮味十足,今晚這頓晚餐簡直是近來的代表作。

N年沒有來,一入去,地下全枱男人,無位,上樓上,一大班建築工人行落來,鞋衫有泥塵,樓上大圓枱,都是男人竇,有些好似判頭老细好齊整。我們搭枱,有開茶,碟頭飯好大碟,大碟過明記,當然有男人的浪漫-豆腐火腩飯,我們倆個美女,奇葩,之後都有3個女士搭枱,每人叫一碟蒸鯇魚飯,好大碟。我倆叫一碟肉絲炒麵,味道適中唔太咸,麵唔燶,ok,加個湯~豬肚湯$20碗,在此地方,覺得貴,算啦試吓,普通湯碗大小,湯奶白色,是腐竹,但無乜豆香,無味精無胡椒,最好好多白果,我最like。食完,有糖水送,我來的其中目的,今次芒果西米露,好有芒果味,甜度適中。但我喜歡熱糖水,以前食過渣渣,好好味,最完美。

我倆叫一碟肉絲炒麵,味道適中唔太咸,麵唔燶,ok,加個湯~豬肚湯$20碗,在此地方,覺得貴,算啦試吓,普通湯碗大小,湯奶白色,是腐竹,但無乜豆香,無味精無胡椒,最好好多白果,我最like。

食完,有糖水送,我來的其中目的,今次芒果西米露,好有芒果味,甜度適中。但我喜歡熱糖水,以前食過渣渣,好好味,最完美。
