今次去食咗輝記車仔麵,揼一碗豬紅豬腸蘿蔔嚟試味!豬腸真係夠哂林,咬落去爽口得滯,豬紅入味到令人忍唔住多飲幾啖湯🍜。蘿蔔又腍又有咬勁,雖然未算最甜,但配埋嗰湯底就真係無得輸。而且,麵量多得嚟嘅份量,真係好滿足😋!坐街邊吹下風,啲熱騰騰嘅麵食落肚,咸香得嚟唔膩口,簡直就係平民美食嘅寶藏!車仔麵配料出奇得食,有個甄選過嘅豬皮真係又滑又彈,搣哂舊花生蓉落麵度,呢碟小食直頭攞晒架!輝記個湯底幾有層次,唔似其他車仔麵咁鹹濃,教人稔實食落去意猶未盡。講到服務,老闆娘嘅手勢快又穩,煮麵技藝嘅純熟令人肅然起敬。幾翻身間,一碗熱辣辣嘅車仔麵就端到你面前。咁嘅手藝、咁嘅味道,唔驚啲遊客排隊等位了👏!而家街頭小食唔多,能夠喺呢個急促嘅都市中,享受到一碗有人情味又美味嘅車仔麵,係一件幸福嘅事!下次再過油麻地,記得要留一個肚,黎呢度搞番碗自己嘅經典搭配,領略下真•街頭美食嘅風味啦!🥢🌟 continue reading

油麻地地鐵一出轉左就會見到,好多街坊都識,地方非常之細,只可以坐一兩台,今次叫牛腩,蘿蔔,豬紅三個餸米線,睇圖就見到非常足料,完全比D餸遮住個麵,牛腩好入味,濃濃既柱候醬,蘿蔔蘿蔔清甜爽口,豬紅正常,再加多個韭菜。成餐飯真係非常滿足。如果中意食得地踎D真係非常推介 continue reading

成日聽啲前輩講,依家車仔麵多元化,但係食唔番以前嘅風味🧐位於油麻地輝記車仔麵,咖喱魷魚、花膠、瑞士雞翼通通都冇😅有嘅就係80年代傳統車仔麵嘅原貌😚小編每逢經過油麻地都會試,輝記車仔麵嘅水牌大部份都係車仔麵嘅基本組合🤨豬皮、豬紅、牛腩等🤫另外只有粗幼麵同油麵,落嘅唔係沙嗲汁而係牛腩汁,呢啲就係傳統車仔麵👍🏻今日收工經過舖頭只有老闆娘😬環境雖然一般,但望住老闆娘係車仔檔煮麵,視覺及味覺,充滿回憶🤤小編照舊叫豬紅、豬腸、牛腩加幼麵🤤豬紅爽滑,豬腸爽口仲有少少油脂,配合埋細細舊嘅碎腩,完全係舊時車仔麵嘅風味, 同依家嘅車仔麵有好大嘅對比,現今車仔麵嘅殺手鐧臘汁沙嗲汁係輝記車仔麵黎講係真係需要?好食指數:8/10 continue reading

幫襯了多年的油麻地車仔麵檔,佢喺紅茶館對面,廟街後邊街嘅鴉打街,每次醒起好想食車仔麵,都必定會過嚟呢度,雖然地方好細只係得兩張枱,但係食得返兒時車仔麵的味道連媽咪都話好似以前嘅味道,特別係豬皮豬紅,蘿蔔,特別入味, 而豬大腸又唔會特別好多肥膏,同埋覺得使得比較乾淨,食完之後你又唔會覺得好頸渴,唔會覺得落咗好多味精,加上店主左手沒有了手掌,見到佢太太同埋間中佢啲仔女會嚟幫手玩,所以尤其夏天見佢特別辛苦,雖然我哋都冒着大汗踏細汗喺度食車仔麵,都依然會嚟支持下小店啦!秋冬天就最好啦,涼涼地,啱啱早兩星期又再嚟幫襯! continue reading

呢間車仔麵店地方窄,無冷氣,坐街邊,但係就有好多人幫襯,因為真係好食。以前有必食雞腸,因為好食同埋好快賣晒,雖然衣家無咗,不過佢嘅牛腩、豬大腸同埋豬皮都好正,首先係牛腩,有八角嘅香味,最重要係會有牛薑,正到無朋友;豬大腸夠厚身卻又唔算肥,難得;豬皮夠彈性兼爽,好食。至於另一樣我覺得好神奇嘅就係佢d菜,人地淥菜佢又淥菜,都唔知點解佢就係淥得好食d,大家可以試下,睇下會唔會係我自己嘅錯覺,還是真係佢嘅功夫! continue reading
