說得上係上世紀 bakery legend 吧，但 😒 怎麼對bakery 完全沒有要求、尊重！對之前有食評提嘅「bagel 根本不是 bagel」極度有同感！而且感嘆！ 慨嘆點解身為行業內的老前輩竟然在出品上如此失禮。今天滿心期待要試的Muffin 都一樣，名不符實。超群可以稱做蛋糕。沒有問題吖。但標明是muffin，又是皇室什麼muffin. 那顧客就有期望呀。咬下去，就是一個充到飢的甜點吧！差點一下買了三個。好彩。:(:(:(
