貴嶼和隆記爸爸是潮州人,姊姊出嫁,爸爸話一定要買潮州餅請長輩朋友食分享喜悅,由細到大都未接觸過家鄉嫁女餅,爸爸話香港得呢間係正宗潮州餅店,於是去幫手買順便睇下呢間老餅店係咩樣,到去多人排隊到你唔信,爸爸話呢間店啲中式餅要好早黎買,每日賣晒就無,我地就買個一小盒既,每樣有少少,可以比長輩每樣試少少,綠豆餅好鬆軟,但又唔會似太陽餅一咬就散晒,不過甜度可以減番少少就會好啲,可以就番老人家口味嗎,芝麻卷煙煙靭靭,好香濃既芝麻味,花生糖啲花生好大粒,食落好大口感,$5x一盒我覺得係物有所價。 continue reading

潮洲人嫁女 要派潮州餅要正宗潮州餅 所以走到去九龍城買第一次去真係大開眼界原來有咁多種類 淨係花生糖都有幾款我啲後生女點知老人家想買咩唯有向靚姐請教靚姐幫我執好一大盒入面每款糖都係獨立小盒裝仲可以鍾意食嗰款就自己執總之砌埋一大盒過大禮用 一啲都唔失禮花生糖 花生🥜粒粒都好大粒。炒到好香,食唔停口。椰絲軟糖就食落夾雜住椰香,仲煙煙韌韌咁,但又唔會黐牙。我就最鍾意鴨頸糖😍貪佢沾點芝麻. 食落又有芝麻禾、又有花生香。 continue reading

近期對各地嘅傳統糕點特別有興趣。經過九龍城呢間潮式糕點專門店當然要入去睇睇。店內糕點款式繁多,猶如小型展覽館,應該係全港潮式點心款式最齊全嘅店舖。門前售賣期間限定嘅鳥餅。據聞係用蕃薯做皮,綠豆做餡。外皮食落好乾好硬,質感似光酥餅,$16一件實在說不上可口,嚴格來說甚至有點難以下嚥,好在餡料不算太差,總算吃掉不至浪費。不過$16滿足了我的好奇心,也算是特別的嘗試。至於新鮮剛製成的黑桃粿,口感軟滑,芋泥餡好香好滑,雖然只是薄薄的一層,但份量比例剛好,而糯米皮又薄又軟,唯一係油左少少。感受到對傳統手藝傳承嘅熱情,見佢甚至有出catalog,出書詳細介紹紀錄每樣糕餅嘅做法、材料等等,希望可以讓傳統飲食文化流傳下去。 continue reading

於九龍城有好幾家和記隆,隨意進了一家完全沒客的和記隆,望望一小盒花生糖竟索價$80,連一向貪吃的爸爸見到後也即時離店,堅離地的價格怪不得店內職員多過客. 再往前走,就見到這間叫貴嶼和記隆的餅家客人絡繹不絕,我們也進店看過究竟. 這店也售賣不少懷舊餅食,見到有婆婆以前常整的茶果,我們也買2個回家試試. 潮式芋泥草餅 ($8) 雖然它的名字是潮式草餅,但和我婆以前常整的雞屎藤茶果外觀很似. 咬一口,外皮很煙韌,內裡芋泥甜而不膩,比想中好吃. 另一件是花生味的,不過媽媽說不极婆婆整的美味. 看過食評才知這店的芋泥月餅很有名,怪不得芋泥草餅也如此美味,不過售價就比月餅平得多. 九龍城城南道59號地下 2382 1673 2382 7895 continue reading
