今晚收工友人帶左我黎呢間豐信餃子店食餃子。友人話呢間餃子店好有特色,全部都係手工餃子,以多款食材製作。平日收工後6點半左右到都要等幾張枱,超旺場。入面一眼睇哂,座位大概有20個,餐具自己係櫃桶攞。餐牌有17款餃子口味,包括:韭菜鮮肉餃椰菜鮮肉餃紫甘藍粟米鮮肉餃小棠菜鮮肉餃雲耳椰菜鮮肉餃白菜鮮肉餃素餃咖哩椰菜鮮肉餃梅菜粟米鮮肉餃南瓜粟米鮮肉餃西洋菜鮮肉餃紫菜鮮肉餃麻辣白菜鮮肉餃薺菜馬蹄鮮肉餃 芫荽鮮肉餃香菇鮮肉餃芝士粟米鮮肉餃餃子最少7隻一份,亦可揀10隻一份,雙拼加$2。煎餃加$2。加邪惡金沙加$15。又可以加$8配粉麵。湯底係椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯,可以加$10轉惹味酸辣湯底。另外都有多款風味小食同飲品。今晚第一次黎,叫左三份雙拼各不同口味同幾款小食加兩款飲品試試。紫菜鮮肉餃+雲耳椰菜鮮肉餃@椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯 $51超級熱辣辣上枱,即食要小心。先飲一啖湯,果然帶淡淡椰子香,味道清得黎配餃子好夾,因為餃子本身已經夠味。至於主角餃子,皮又薄又滑,而餡料非常多,所有餐牌上面寫左既料都食得出,size足有半隻手板咁大。紫菜鮮肉餃紫菜又多又香;雲耳椰菜鮮肉餃就一次過食到兩種蔬菜。芫荽鮮肉餃+麻辣白菜鮮肉餃@惹味酸辣湯底 $64酸辣湯就會蓋過餃子本身味道,不過酸辣度個人覺得係可以,個湯加左蔥花,芫荽,辣椒同白芝麻粒,都足料。麻辣白菜鮮肉餃果然有少少麻辣而食到脆口白菜。芫荽鮮肉餃好香芫荽味!香菇鮮肉餃+芝士粟米鮮肉餃@加邪惡金沙 $69加邪惡金沙原來係加錢要個鹹蛋黃汁,鹹蛋黃超多,多到食唔完。味道真係勁香,連脆口餃子皮食真係夠香口,不過留意返鹹蛋黃會掩蓋左本身餃子餡料既味。芝士粟米鮮肉餃有少少芝士流心。香菇鮮肉餃食到冬菇絲。涼拌藕尖 $30我第一次食涼拌藕尖,藕尖非常爽口,味道香辣中帶鮮甜,上面灑上蔥花,仲加左3隻辣椒,唔怪得咁辣。欖菜四季豆 $25欖菜四季豆就偏腍,加左欖菜同蒜蓉一齊整,味道剛好。秘汁金錢展 $40秘汁金錢展一客8塊,有厚有薄,上面灑上蔥花。如果可以腍少少就好。酸薑流心皮蛋 $20流心皮蛋一共兩隻,各一開4,蛋白非常有彈性,而蛋黃好滑,果然少少流心。上面灑上蔥花,原來加左糖醋汁,食落少少甜,好特別。伴有紅色酸薑片,味道甜多過辣。青檸蜜 $10青檸蜜一大支,飲落青檸味濃,酸酸甜甜好解渴。豆漿 $10豆漿係正遠豆漿。今餐試咗多款食物,呢度既餃子果然係出色,基本上所有蔬菜鮮肉餃我都鍾意,隨自己喜好揀口味就得。而湯底首選椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯,個人鍾意湯餃多過煎餃。 continue reading

講到食餃子無可能唔識呢間位於太子嘅豐信餃子店,每次行過都好多人排隊😝已經唔知回頭食過幾次,成日都餃子癮起,今日再戰睇menu心大心細,超過16款餃子選擇,可煎可湯仲有最出名嘅金莎餃,款款都好想食😋私心推薦芫荽控必食嘅芫荽水餃,配湯底椰子海帶鮮雞豬骨湯,家庭式嘅煲湯,鮮甜而無味精,眼見個個客都飲曬啲湯,就知幾正啦!芫荽餃隻隻都好包滿, 內餡足料~食完成口芫荽味,好濃郁~平時煎餃食到悶~呢間招牌金莎煎餃真係好正😋餃子外皮先塗上金沙醬,上面滿瀉鹹蛋黃碎,煎餃皮薄餡靚,食落啖啖鹹蛋香今次揀芝士栗米配金莎煎餃,聽落就覺得好正,咬開煎餃見到入樣嘅芝士絲配栗米同鮮豬肉,真係口感同味道都好豐富~雖然少少油膩,但真係必食之選!唔好諗住餃子餐廳只有餃子,呢到嘅泡椒蓮藕尖都好出名,食得辣嘅朋友唔好錯過,泡辣夠濃同帶辣,每粒蓮藕尖都索滿汁,食落酸酸辣辣,夏天食好開胃~飲品必飲清潤喉羅漢果甘草,飲完個喉嚨好舒服,飲得出真係足料煲出嚟,羅漢果鮮甜,外賣咗返屋企慢慢飲☺豐信餃子店🌟旺角汝州街17號號A continue reading

不同媒體都成日搞太子餃子battle,冇辦法,呢一區實在太多餃子店,其中一間好多人讚有又深得民心嘅嘅豐信反而未去過。朋友經常係座上客,佢食過好多次,之前佢曾經外賣過呢度一個點心俾我,個涼拌蓮藕尖實在令人念念不忘,今日放假,一於去試埋佢啲餃子。望望menu,好多選擇,韭菜鮮肉餃、椰菜鮮肉餃、紫甘藍粟米鮮肉餃、小棠菜鮮肉餃、雲耳椰菜鮮肉餃、咖哩椰菜鮮肉餃、梅菜粟米鮮肉餃、南瓜粟米鮮肉餃、西洋菜鮮肉餃,啲款多到不得了,講得出都有,而且呢到有幾種不同造法。你坐喺度就會見到啲阿姐不停咁喺度包餃,包保一定新鮮。薺菜馬蹄鮮肉餃,用了最出名的邪惡黃金方法,說穿了就係金沙方法,呢個方式真係冇見過,加上炸得好香脆,薺菜馬蹄又夠鮮甜,不過呢個真係幾飽,細食嘅食完十粒會好包。韭菜鮮肉餃用上最簡單方法湯餃,椰子鮮雞海帶豬骨濃湯,同餃掂嘅九鼎湯同樣出名,家庭煲湯的感覺大概係咁,飲兩碗都唔夠,韭菜鮮肉餃好飽滿,我都幾鐘意。芝士粟米鲜肉餃,其手法直逼我最鐘意的家後同甜記,不過同行的爸爸就話呢間正,係好食,但係芝士如果能夠拉絲更好。涼拌蓮藕尖送酒最佳,真係好好食,又無乜其他地方搵到,辣辣地,非常好,送番支豆漿,剛剛好。店員推薦嘅拼盤,又雞翼又鹵蛋又腎而且個鹵水好好,會令人想食碗飯,重要係價錢好平。叫成枱野先二百幾,價錢相宜,值得來試,至少有好多餃你可以試,朋友話梅菜同香菇最好食,下次再食下。我唔夠膽話太子battle一定冠軍,但頭三甲一定有罷。 continue reading
