自選米線,餐牌有一陣臭除,痴痴立立。買外賣都等左大概15 分鐘,米線份量多,食極都食唔完。韭菜好似浸左好耐,梅梅地。枝竹一舊舊,又有芽菜,配菜好足料,但唔好味。自選餸份量都唔少, 炸醬一碗,硬身豆腐卜,清湯湯底味道一般。試完無下次。 :( Read More

米線碗通常十分大,無論我如何千叮萬囑少少少米線,結局都因為碗大,無論如何都不可大大碗衹浮幾條麵線,太不體面,結局我怎也吃不完,滿心歉疚。第一次試裕一品,點了我最愛的木耳金菇豬膶,二小麻辣少少少米線,店員好心提我小心辣,送來的盛米線的碗是比其他的米線店小,米線最好的地方是即煑,生滾金菇木耳豬膶芽菜韮菜腐皮,湯頭必鮮甜,滾熱辣,麻又香又辣又痺,吃得很滋味,惟豬膶淥過頭,有點靭。最好是米線真的不多,終可吃光。菜牌有涼拌蓮藕,下次必試。Read More

在深水埗裕一品吃麻辣米線已經是我不知多少年來的習慣了,想當初店名還是四川麻辣米線時我便已是店中常客,那個年代米線這種食品還未流行,麻辣米線這東西在香港更正是裕一品最先開始製作,在我看來今時今日其實很多所謂麻辣米線店中的湯底都似乎是以當年裕一品的秘方為樣板研發的。不過這麼多年過去了,當初令人趨之若鶩的味道至今早已變了調,骨湯的味道也是早已被濃濃的味精所取替。在這時代巨輪的催趕下店家和我們食客都早已習慣了更快和更簡陋的生活.......但是每當吃上一口裕一品的米線時卻總是感覺彷彿時代轉變的步伐都放慢了一般,相比起如同產自工廠流水線作業下延生的商品米線,雖然也已有所不同,但是這裡的味道卻依然帶著那一絲叫人神牽夢繞的口味,真材實料的味道背後也許的確是犧牲了份量來平衡成本,但是店家對味道的堅持卻是讓我們食客依然每次都可以帶著滿足離開。如果是第一次光顧,我想大家可以嘗試選擇品嚐七成小辣的麻辣湯底,如果是像我喜歡口味較重的話,豬腩肉加炸醬的配搭會輕易的勾住食客的胃口,湯底中的辣味一再刺激口中沉睡的味蕾;高湯烹煮出的腩肉或許不是健康食品,但卻一定是美味。還記得裕一品還叫四川麻辣米線的時代,這裡的炸醬就已經是一大特色,因為那 時一進店就會看到每張客人用餐的桌子下面都有那麼幾罐的炸醬在靜靜的沉睡,用百分之一百的真材實料製作,而且就在客人們每天用餐的桌子下面發酵,直至它們 醒來之時可以肯定必會帶給食客恆久不變的美味;事實上那怕來到今日,炸醬的美味都同樣無所改變。來自九龍青山道 340 號的美味Read More
