一直都好少會去南區個邊,問朋友有咩介紹先知道西邨街市有唔少嘢食,地下個層大部分都係啲小食店,二樓就有間小炒店,幾新淨又大間,所以就去咗試下!🤣見到menu先知原來有好多唔同嘅菜式,泰菜、潮州菜、港式小炒都有,真係超級多選擇🤩.燒魷魚 $88馬拉盞炒通菜 $78滷水鵝片 $168黑胡椒炒蟹 $498豉椒炒蜆 $98珍多冰 $38椰青 $48.見到有燒魷魚就忍唔住叫,燒得唔算太燶但好香,口感一啲都唔韌,好軟熟,唔係啲你咬極都咬唔開嘅魷魚!加埋佢泰式酸辣汁,好惹味🔥炒通菜份量都幾多,味道好夠,食得出係即炒,有鑊氣👍🏻滷水鵝片大推呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻份量超級多!好多時其他餐廳都會用好多豆腐舖係底,但係佢除咗面個啲鵝片之外,下面個層重有一大半鵝肉😍😍😍鵝片好淋又入味!配菜有啲豆腐同花生🥜!全部都好味😋😋😋主角嚟啦🤩🤩🤩蟹🦀見到好多人都有叫蟹食,咁難得嚟到緊係要試下!今次叫咗黑胡椒炒蟹,黑胡椒味幾香唔好辣,應該大眾都會食到!隻蟹好大隻,特別係隻蟹鉗,有成隻手掌咁大😍😍😍啖啖肉!隻蟹整得啱啱好,有醬汁嘅味道又唔會蓋曬蟹原本嘅味,重食到蟹嘅鮮甜味👍🏻👍🏻大排檔必食嘅炒蜆🤣🤣 味道夠,過足口癮!飲品要咗椰青同埋珍多冰,椰青好甜,啲椰青肉好嫩!珍多冰夠甜又解渴😋😋 continue reading

鴨脷洲西邨街市被翻新後有新搞作, 街市分為兩層, 地下層有街市、熟食, 餐廳「蟹點」就佔據了二樓整層。主打中菜同泰菜, 亦歡迎食客係下層街市買海鮮上黎比餐廳代煮 (需付加工費)。翻新後嘅熟食市場, 對比傳統街市整潔企理得多。餐牌分兩個, 分別為中菜同泰菜, 款式選擇多, 【招牌白胡椒蟹】HK$498 大大隻蟹放於熱辣辣鐵板上上檯, 店員再即時淋上白胡椒汁, 霧煙更散發著好重嘅白胡椒香。蟹被拖過油, 鎖住了原汁原味嘅鮮甜蟹肉肉汁, 外層更平均包上了甜甜白胡椒醬汁, 入口極之惹味。隻蟹都幾厚肉, 不是水汪汪質素, 尤其大蟹鉗, 啖啖肉, 超滿足!【脆皮炸大腸】HK$68炸大腸外皮酥脆甘香, 內裡唔會太肥, 切成一段段, 令口感唔會太韌【豉椒鵝腸】HK$98鵝腸好爽, 有淡淡鵝酥味, 食得出唔係用雞腸充當。炒得有穫氣, 茨汁很有豉椒香, 惹味得黎唔會過鹹。【紅燒脆皮 bb 鴿】HK$58size雖然細隻, 絕對可以用皮脆肉嫩黎形容, 肉質超juicy, 好少可食到肉嫩嘅乳鴿。而且入味, 唔需要再額外調味, 已經好正!【招牌脆皮咕嚕肉】HK$88每粒咕嚕肉外層都包上了甜酸醬汁, 炸皮不厚仍然香脆, 肉嘅比例就較細, 還好肉質軟嫩。配上一卡卡清甜多汁菠蘿肉, 甜酸開胃。【星州炒米】HK$88估唔到有咁大碟, 炒米唔會炒到一舊舊, 亦不會過油, keep到些少水份, 有蝦、肉絲、蛋絲、好林嘅洋蔥絲, 食落有層次, 如果整體味道濃返d會更好, 因為唔太食到辣味。 continue reading

記得往年去新加坡旅遊時,必食當地的胡椒炒蟹,蟹肉滲著胡椒香味,好食到停不了口。今次機緣巧合,同朋友在鴨脷洲這間餐廳食生日飯,居然搵番果個味道。招牌白胡椒蟹,既然話得招牌,不是隨便講,隻蟹有一斤重,超大隻,白胡椒醬汁裹著每一件蟹,啖啖肉,趁熱食超正。而且有圍裙和即棄手套提供,不怕整污糟雙手。咕嚕肉,色澤好靚,有些紅椒青椒一齊炒,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,口感還有些爽口,一整條新鮮菠蘿,香甜又多汁。蒜蓉蒸聖子,聖子的Size很大隻,以蒜蓉和粉絲去蒸,精華盡在其中,聖子都幾新鮮,不過有少許沙。馬拉盞炒通菜,泰式炒通菜是最好食的,爽脆惹味。椰汁斑蘭糕,不得不讚下呢個甜品,玫瑰花型十分吸睛,再者椰汁斑蘭香味濃郁,柔軟剛剛好。椰青,想不到椰青如此大個,椰青水非常清甜,而且Keep著清涼。不得不提蟹點的菜式真係好多,粵式、潮州、泰式、新加坡都可以食到,雖然位於熟食市場上面,但環境明亮乾淨,以海洋做主題,添上一番風味。 continue reading

自從上次係香港仔食完川菜之後,老公朋友又再介紹佢去食海鮮,老公又知道我鐘意食,所以又嚟接我收工帶我去食。🥰🥰🥰其實我都好怕係出街食海鮮,因為好多時都係海鮮價,真係會比人劏到一頸血。🙈🙈🙈呢間又真係幾好喎,起碼大部份都明碼實價,除咗粤菜、海鮮、小炒,又有泰國菜、潮州菜,價錢又唔貴,份量又夠,最重要係乜呀?味道真係唔錯,老公朋友真係冇介紹錯。👍👍👍蟹點 地點:鴨脷洲鴨脷洲橋道322號西邨街市1樓招牌白胡椒蟹(約一斤半)蟹夠鮮甜,啖啖肉,嘅有白胡椒味,又唔會遮蓋蟹嘅鮮甜味,鐵板上,上枱時淋上白胡椒汁,夠晒熱辣辣,值得推介。😋😋😋鵝片三拼墨魚紅腸賣相比一般潮式店舖靚,上枱時會覺得好似好少咁,因為下面一般都係大量豆腐、大豆牙菜墊底,但佢完全唔係,豆腐兩片,大豆牙菜得少少,主食份量比出面食嘅還要多,特別係鵝片,味道又會過鹹,鵝片夠滑,唔會過老或過淋,墨魚爽口,鐘意食潮州嘢嘢朋友一定唔好錯過。😍😍😍金莎黃金蝦蝦夠鮮甜,鹹蛋黃外層做金沙,非常惹味同夠香,只係略嚴蝦炸得唔夠酥脆,如果炸多半分鐘就更好啦!🤣🤣🤣鹽燒烏頭呢個泰式嘢又係不得了,老公差唔多一個人食晒,鮮夠鮮甜,肉緊嫩滑 juicy,特別提一提佢個醬汁,酸酸甜甜辣辣,真係將條魚帶另一個層次,所以我哋要再添加醬汁。🤗🤗🤗西瓜沙冰真的一般西瓜沙冰。😄😄😄泰式咖啡有咖啡味,但由於已經調好晒味道,甜度冇得選擇,所以對於我哋嚟講,真係好甜。😅😅😅整體評分:最高為🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕味道:🌕🌕🌕🌕服務:🌕🌕🌓環境:🌕🌕🌕地點:🌕🌕🌕🌕 continue reading
