咋晚又到每月一次飯局時間,陰天加上微涼,特别想打吓邊爐或食吓煲仔菜. 係佐敦行行吓見倒一間頗新淨門面亦頗吸引紅色大招牌,於是我地9男女決定一試. 入到舖內環境舒適乾淨,招呼同劉華廣告亦一致. 本想十下十下,但大家抵受吾倒隔離枱飄黎既香味,最後經店長推介下,叫左個羊腩煲,芥蘭煲,湖南醬燒骨,蘿白崩沙腩煲,蒜香焗蠔,同避風塘炒蟹. 正當等食其間,眼前特然一亮,見倒小弟最喜愛既其中一位性格演員廖啟智,本想過去映張相,但難得佢同家人食飯亦無謂打擾佢.話口未完,d食物以經開始上枱,先黎羊腩煲,果然無介紹錯,羊腩夠嫩滑無蘇味,連吾食羊既friend都可以接受,芥蘭煲夠爽甜,湖南醬燒骨醋味剛好夠哂野味,至於崩沙腩蘿白超級甜如果崩沙腩再淋d就超正,焗蠔同炒蟹亦嘗算吾錯. 總括一句,值得一食再食,最後聽店長講,佢地重有個鵝煲同爆炸豬手,但鵝煲需要預訂,唯有下次再食過.Read More

大家庭聚會20幾人,分2圍,個房逼咗d,但人哋話咗嗰房比16人用,我哋人多,無計啦!嗰房好新淨,我鍾意個房夠光猛。:),有D焗,開住門好D。招呼好好,我哋有私伙茶葉,要茶壺又要水,我都知我哋好鬼煩,但d伙計都好好人,好爽快!無黑面。開咗幾枝酒,幫我哋開埋冰桶,無收錢,不過經理話新開張,未有酒牌,遲D唔得啦!個黃金球好有墨魚味,唔粉,成個乒乓波咁,一人一個,不過有人食齋,益埋我!😋清湯牛腩煲一開蓋成房都聞到牛味,牛腩無渣唔痴牙,老細話識人攞貨,用新鮮崩砂腩,唔用雪藏貨,不過我更加鍾意D蘿蔔,清甜入味重無起渣, 1/3比我食咗,如果D清湯淡返少少重好,可以飲晒。2條老虎斑非常大,我諗每條都有3斤幾,都蒸得好滑,蟶子親戚話比較辣,我OK喎,但美中不足有一、兩隻有砂,要改善吓。隻客家雞我食咗一件,都有雞味,幾滑,不過印象唔深,可能已經食到好飽,停晒手。隻爆炸豬手今次唔夠爆,D皮無上次咁脆,不過D骨膠原夠冧,一樣比人掃晒,最正嚿骨,重有肉,但今次我搶唔到。埋單6千有找,抵食,最好係我老公食完無嗆喉猛飲水。Read More

本來去到佐敦諗住去竹家莊食辣解,點知見到呢間新開既籃天食軒,有辣蟹食就諗住試下,點知入到去一個人都無,本能反應,當然係閃!點知門口已經比個老細欄住,好熱情咁招呼我地坐低!唯有點菜啦!辣蟹-無 /魚-無, 再一次想起身老板:你唔好走住,因為近日佔中,海鮮真係唔咁入咁多,介紹左個蘿蔔坑腩煲,話包出面食唔到喎,剛中正我呢個牛摩王胃口我自己就再點左蒜香雞同蒜香焗蠔蘿蔔坑腩,牛既質素真的唔錯平時我唔食熟蠔,佢呢個整法更是第一次食,估唔到又幾正,蠔邊勁脆同香口,蠔身又唔乾,重要大個拳頭蒜香雞係我最喜歡的,雖然一食就知係雪雞,但入口有鬆化既感覺,咸味及蒜味剛好,無搶到大家既味道,食得出廚師用左好多功夫下次會再來,希望可以再試到佢地個辣蟹啦!Read More

最近營業額唔錯,老細話請食飯 正好附近有間餐廳新開,就預早一日訂左張台試試!去到見無乜客,心都離一離,好彩無失望而回。新開自然就環境企理啦,有電視睇,等齊人時都無咁悶,環觀台與台之間都夠空間,算坐得舒服。聽講仲有VIP房,坐到廿幾人,但就無八到係咩樣。侍應都幾nice,有禮貌,不時會問我地仲有乜需要。齊人開席,一盤盤熱拿拿既餸茶隨即送上,手/相機食唔夠幾張就比老細趕起筷了。  第一道介紹既係我印象最深刻既餸--「爆炸豬手」上菜時我地都不禁哇然,因為個名太特別啦!豬手炆得好靚,夠腍之餘,肥膏仲入口即溶;同時配上加左爆炸糖既醬料,又腍又炸既口感,超過癮!創意滿分,口感滿分,味道幾好,下次黎實會再點  第二道介紹既係圖片左上方--「蒜香風沙雞」。食落皮脆,唔太油,肉質鮮味嫩滑,啲蒜用黎送飯一流,拍得上平時入跑馬地食個啲,值得推介!講左創意滿分同日常既小菜,今次就講下少見既餸啦。  第三道少見既--「蘿蔔崩沙腩煲」。通常出面就算有,都係清清甜甜既湯煲,個人就麻麻啦。今次就有別與之前見到既,湯少,帶點胡椒味,有少少刺激味蕾,牛腩炆得幾好,味道都入哂,但如果下次可以炆腍就好,而蘿蔔就要比讚啦!甜味保留到,又有少少辣,好正 :)  第四道,圖片右上--「湖南醬燒骨」。小妹本身對骨既好感麻麻,又掛住食其他野,所以無夾過。不過見其他同事係咁夾夾夾黎食,相信都唔錯啦  其餘仲有「菠蘿咕嚕肉」、「清炒時菜」,味道都唔錯,但普通野我就影唔切相啦,有緣再介紹。最後送上晚市餐牌做參考啦,呢餐老細請唔知價  但你地品質、環境、服務都幾好,我會再幫襯嫁  Read More

After a long hiatus from Hong Kong, I’m pleased to return and a find a happy little restaurant in the bustling streets of Jordan. J&L Kitchen offers up Cantonese cuisine at reasonable prices, you’re looking at around HK$150 per head for dinner.We only had time for a quick meal and were happily directed by the staff to a few signature dishes from their extensive menu. First up, slow-cooked pork knuckle. I don’t know about you but everytime I see pig knuckle on the menu I just have to have it and this place serves it up just the way I like it – crispy skin! The slow cooking preserves the juices keeping the meat deliciously tender, which sets the stage for a happy marriage of Chinese herbs and spices to an unctous schweinshaxe.Next, the sweet and sour prawns were a pleasant surprise, as I was expecting the usual gluggy mound of fluoro orange you see at most diners. Instead we were greeted with a plentiful plate of fluffy bites accompanied by a light soy based sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweet and sour. The prawns themselves were coated in a crispy batter protecting the soft and juicy flesh within. Definite staple dish…To round out the meal, we got a simple veggie dish of choy sum fried with dried scallop.
