好在早到吾駛等位 爽

環境:樓底好高,空間感足夠,座位寬敞 有用心的裝修

服務:三個同事 加經理 笑容滿面 服務態度一流

口味:因為同檯有一位潮州人,有一味菜 佢讚到不得了,因為吾係咩餐廳都有得食

非常推介仲有兩樣 就係
1. 潮州紅燒翅 (成碗滿到溢出咁滯)

對於新開的食肆總有興趣一訪,這次就來了一家潮州菜館。我們小試一些點心和大路的潮州菜式。餐前小食以為是炸的銀魚仔居然不脆,靭之餘加上勁鹹,已先扣了分。蝦餃的皮黏呼呼得來兼且相當之厚,蝦肉亦不夠爽香。詎料一山還有一山低,煎韮菜餅竟然毫無韮菜香,神奇!鵝三寶是鵝肝、鵝腸及鵝片,夾雜了涵水豆腐。鵝腸爽滑不足,鵝片亦欠缺肥美。最大敗筆在於鵝肝,不粉嫩不入味。沙牛炒粿條繼續奇怪,根本食不出任何沙嗲味,只是杰撻撻的一坨汁撈著牛肉和粿條。牛肉不是塊塊都嫩,粿條也不分明。輪到蠔烙,好食的理應做到外層煎得酥脆,而中間食到粒粒蠔肉。可惜這塊卻根本不是那一回事,靭而不脆,蠔肉甚少,怎會突顯?清炒時蔬更加不堪,似烚的多過似是炒的,鑊氣完全欠奉,簡單而言,怎稱得上為一碟炒菜?到給錢的時候,方知道只收現金,為何不在一開始入座時提出?如客人不夠現金,將又如何處理?

下次黎飲茶要叫多啲唔同款既點心試下。

上星期三(中秋節翌日)諗咗好耐都唔知去邊度晚飯,路經灣仔聯發街見到新開的潮州酒家,再看看他樓下的餐牌,見到有我們想吃的糖醋麵,那就決定試一試;上到酒樓,竟然看到面熟的侍應,傾落原來是合和7樓薈軒老闆開的,所以班夥計跟埋過嚟幫手,以前在薈軒啲招呼就認真麻麻,但係而家搬到新舖可能地方略細、是晚又不是太多客人,所以招呼改善咗很多;講到出品,竟然有驚喜,味道雖然不算出色,但都不俗,價錢也合理,我們吃了川椒雞、大芥菜煲、糖醋麵,埋單3佰幾,仲有綠豆爽甜品送,大家都可以一試呀😋👍🏻
